First, let me say that Jiffy Lube is the place you need to be and you gotta come make sure that you see David David gets you in and out he treats you like family he made me feel very comfortable. He made sure that he didn’t try to overpriced me he negotiated a good price and gave me the information that I needed for my car which is brand new so if I were you, I will get down with Jiffy Lube. Come check them out. It’s a great place with great customer Service.

I would like to thank once again, the team at Jiffy Lube #563 on South Semoran Blvd near Curry Ford Rd. for their combined excellence and know-how, to help me get my 2007 HHR running normally again. I'd like to recognize Jorge, David and Joshua for their work on my past two visits. One week ago, Jorge and David changed out all four spark plugs. Unfortunately, the problem persisted one day later, with issues of misfiring in cylinder #1. The car shook horribly. I took the car back over to the shop this morning and described the issue. Joshua was able to fix the issue with the ignition coil, by swapping coils #1 and #2. He also fixed the rubber piece around the PCV valve. He spent a total of about 45 minutes on the car. When he pulled the car out, I asked him about paying for the time/services. He told me that since I had already paid so much money the week before, this was a "FREE" simple fix. That was truly a special surprise gift! I thanked him for his fantastic service. As of right now, the car runs like it did prior to the problem. I am grateful for the attention to detail that Joshua utilized to save me over $200.00. If you live in East Orlando, I highly recommend that you consider getting your vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube. ~ Dave Garski
