The staff was extremely friendly and no wait time. I have finally found a place to rotate my Teslas tires at half the price of what most other tire centers were asking.

Excellent service, the whole crew were welcoming and awesome to the T. The gm Carlos Toro was exceptional and truly genuine. I recommend anyone to go here I know I'll be coming to this exact spot for anything needed.

Service in shop was great! the groupon i purchased was a ripoff there is no savings. I paid $34 for the groupon, then when i got there i know i need 1 additional qt of oil i have to pay for but with all the additional fees added to that i paid $21 more dollars. This still had me paying for an oil change at $55 dollars when their original cost is $59. RIPOFF

these guys did not rush the job at all , they check everything and the only thing is that did not check the air tires. I remembered after left.

Carlos and his team were top-notch. They provided a lot of information, a lot of education, and most of all, they were very hospitable. Very cool group of guys, some of the smartest guys I ever met about cars, awesome experience.

My second time here and each time the guys made sure to educate me on what my vehicle needs were and even helped with budget friendly options! I literally drove about 45min here today because my first experience was great and this time was no different! Carlos the manager was very welcoming, cool and felt like I knew him for ever! When it comes to services like this you are always waiting for the upsell. Not at this location. Carlos keeps it real, shows you the issues and best course of action. No upsell just real. He does that while being super personable. How many times can you say you laughed even when finding out issues about your car? I was laughing the whole time. Rest if the crew were extremely professional, efficient and kind. I had fun getting an oil change. Wild. See Carlos. He makes a difference and will take great care of your automobile.

They were absolutely phenomenal. I have never had my oil changed in another state before and I have to say they check way more stuff then my regular place at home. They even open the car door for you so you can go in and pay. They were so sweet and I appreciate them. I even got to use a Groupon so I got a great deal too.

I use to take my vehicle to Vavoline but after my last visit I was told my drain plug was stripped and they vacuumed out my oil. I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for my most recent oil change and Carlos Toro was very professional I explained to him what vavoline techs told me and he checked and showed me it was absolutely fine. This will be my GOTO place for all of my vehicles. Service was quick and clean no oil spills all over my engine as it tended to happen at vavoline causing burnt oil smell for weeks! I highly recommend this particular location for vehicle maintenance. Save yourself time, money and most importantly a headache thank you Carlos for the outstanding service and attention to my concerns.
