It was quick, and while we were seating at the car. Friendly and proffesional staff.

Always the best place in town to get your oil changed … they also carry the ow-40 that my truck takes

My second time at this location to do my oil change and Gabriel has been kind and helpful providing a excellent experience for a woman who has been screwed many times when getting this service.

My brake lights were both blown and I was alerted by a patrolman and I went straight back to these guys to help me. Although they didn’t have the bulbs these guys were awesome and helpful when they told me to return in the morning

I have gotten my services done here twice now and each time I had an amazing experience. Each staff member was nice and courteous but each time I spoke with Jerome and he was so welcoming and made sure I understood everything. My skid place was damaged and hanging and he even went out his way to make sure to find a way to secure it for me. Even took a picture of it to show me what it looked like and it has stayed secured over two months after my services. I really appreciate Jerome and the level of ease he made me feel while there. I hope he is there the next time I return.

I had such a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! From the moment I pulled in, the team made everything smooth, quick, and stress-free. James, Francisco, Steven, and Gabriel were all incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the services being done. What stood out most was how efficient yet thorough they were—no rushing, but no wasted time either. You can tell they care about doing the job right and making customers feel valued. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, but these guys really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future services, and I highly recommend this location if you want a team you can trust with your car. Reached Jiffy lube Conroy Road branch at 5:25pm, was pulled into a vacant bay promptly, informed them it’s a oil change (Service in 560mi sign on dash panel), sat in waiting area, was informed air filters were good, all was done, I paid with a discount($105),& was out at 5:45pm. After not so pleasant experience last month at another local Orlando Jiffy lube branch for repairs for the other car, this was a refreshing experience. Nice smile and customer friendly.

Omg! I was literally on this side of town to get my hair done and I saw there was an oil change place… so after my appointment I stopped by and they were so nice and welcoming from the beginning. I was helped by Gabriel and Felisha!!!! I didn’t feel like they were forcing me to get anything but they were educating me on everything so I could make the best choice. They were fast and efficient even though I wasn’t in a rush. They really made me feel comfortable and took their time to explain what I didn’t understand. They invited me to come back if I needed to check anything in the future. I live on the other side of town but I will be driving over here to work with them only!!! Literally best of the best. Soo happy and as a pregnant woman they made it all easy for me! Truly a GEM!

We ended up stranded in the jiffy lube parking lot. We asked Felisha and staff to test the battery and they descovered it was dead. They were super helpful with upbeat attitudes. They offered to install a nee baytery for us. We highly recommend the staff and this location.

Kizzy was wonderful and so knowledgable. The team was polite and helpful. Took awhile but I was getting a lot done so I'm just glad there was a place with AC to wait.

Definitely matches previous google ratings. Oil change is fast and efficient with top off services and recommendations; under 10 minutes. Faster than any oem service shop. John and team are professional and remains honest, plus honors coupons posted to his location. Definitely recommend.

Me and daughter went to this location Saturday June 21st, to get her oil change. Even though we didn't receive the service (I found a price in my budget elsewhere) I just wanted to make it known the wait time given was accurate and the young men at this location was very courteous and kind.

Visited to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Miguel was fantastic! Very informative and great to work with. I received all services within 40 minutes and the team kept thanking me for my patience. Highly recommend and will be back.

I went for an oil change. They really are "fast and friendly!" I maybe waited 20 minutes, they even do complimentary vacuuming and window wax. They were very nice and welcoming. Definitely going back.
