Service was quick and efficient, the customer service was excellent. The manger was very helpful and his team were amazing.

Very fast, good price and worker are always friendly ?

This is my second time at this particular jiffy lube. Service is efficient and they always throughly explain why a service should be done to your car. And I appreciate the employee showing me the new filter so I wasn’t worried they didn’t truly replace it. Can’t remember both names of the mechanics but I am grateful. Upon looking I believe Victor the manager is who is always so respectful and kind. And the young man with the dread’s was courteous and friendly!

It's been years since I've taken the car for an oil change and had no expectation other than getting good service. I was greeted with a smile and escorted to the wait room. The mechanics were professional and courteous. My questions were answered. Austin, the manager, escorted me to the car. Everyone was super friendly. It doesn't get any better than that. I was impressed and will return to get my car serviced at this location.

This location is amazing. The staff is always nice and welcoming and the manager, Victor, is THE BEST. He takes his time explaining what you need and why you need it. As a single woman who doesn’t understand much, I appreciate him never rushing me or treating me like I’m dumb. I’ve never felt like they’re trying to scam me or upsell me just because they can. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I went today to put air in my tires and Victor the manager serviced me. I asked how much if i had a card since i didnt carry cash with me and he was very nice to say they didnt charge for that service, that was complimentary and he was going to help me regardless. I felt very appreciated because i always get charged for that. I still gave him something but its important to highlight great customer service

excellent service ,, transmission fluid replaced with the filter, Truck is running like new !!! Ask for Victor,, he will assist your needs ,, not like all the other transmission places I visited,, they only wanted for me to leave the truck 4*5 days to rebuilt the trani,, $ 4,000.00 to 5,000.00,, it only need it to replace the fluid and filter,, koodos to Victor and his team !!!

Great service excellent customer service kindness

I am "old school" and was not happy when manager Victor told me my Porsche Macan should use full synthetic oil at a cost of $150 rather than regular oil. But he carefully explained the reasoning that all Porsche vehicles should use full synthetic. He also kindly said he would use regular oil if I insisted, but there would be no guarantee of results. His approach told me he was being straightforward and not trying to upsell or scam me. I went with full synthetic and Victor made sure I availed of a discount coupon. Victor is clearly an asset to Jiffy Lube and I will use his location exclusively in the future.

Came in for a brake fluid flush and I was in and out in half an hour thanks to Rick. I was a bit skeptical at first because I never took my car to Jiffy Lube before but safe to say, I will be bringing my car here again when needed.

Jiffy lube is great for a quick service business. However, you do pay for that in pricey services. I have gone for most of my oil changes because of the convenience. Sometimes, I do feel they are trying to find something else wrong to charge an obscene amount for the work. The convenience makes it worth it for some things and not others. I do appreciate being educated but I do not appreciate being pressured into spending more money. I did find that JR was very respectful and understanding while trying to be informative. I appreciate his hard work. He was very honest and kind during the whole process.
