fast professional done right the first time every time no matter what location I go to

I have used this Jiffy Lube location multiple times now, and they never disappoint. I actually live far away, but I always go out of my way to choose this specific location because of how helpful and professional they are. They have a fantastic team, and the Manager, Mr. Nixon, is absolutely amazing. His knowledge is incredible, and he always ensures everything is handled perfectly. These guys here are so incredibly kind, helpful and by far the best service I’ve ever had at an auto shop as well as Jiffy Lube specifically. I will always come back to this location as long as I’m living close by, truly grateful????????

I cannot believe the incredible level of service at this Jiffy Lube location! This was truly one of the greatest automotive service experiences I have ever had. The transparency they show is groundbreaking and the clarity regarding my vehicle was monumental. I honestly learned more about my vehicle and how to handle its ongoing autonomy today than I ever have at any other service facility. I left feeling completely empowered, valued, and relieved. A massive thank you to the amazing Store Manager, Mr. Victor, the service extraordinaire, Mr. Alex, and the entire crew. Their smiles are infectious, and the fist bumps are 100% sincere. If you want honest, courteous, and top-tier service, this is the place to go!

Got my oil changed today efficient and quick as it can get. Ask the staff members were welcoming and kind. Great experience whatsoever. After an initial disappointment, I think it is only fair to update my review. Today I was assisted by the manager, and the outcome was favorable. They took responsibility for the mistake and handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. Because of the way they responded, my confidence in Jiffy has been restored, and I continue to trust their service.

Austin is very knowledgeable and it was the first time I had an amazing service in an oil change place.
