Lenny is the man! Got my oil and filters changed some leafs got in the ac blower wheel and took an extra hour to take it apart and make it work 100%

Had my oil change today. Adrian was so helpful knowledgeable and polite. He showed me my filters and helped get them replaced. My new go to for service.

Staffs are very kind and helpful. But when I order something and the price is told and after it's done the price changes higher I need to be told before it gets done. It's my choice not the staff to put an air filter that cost $65 and I was told $45 but there wasn't none so I was supposed to be told that before the staff taking decisions on its own and put the expensive one.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! Allen and the General Manager provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They took the time to educate me about my car, explained my service options in a way I could easily understand, and never made me feel pressured. Instead, they made me feel comfortable and confident in the decisions I made for my vehicle. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. It’s hard to find people who take the time to make sure customers feel informed and valued. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back for future service!

I visited Jiffy Lube on Biscayne today, and the customer service was exceptional. I was able to get my oil change completed at a very reasonable price, and the service was both efficient and professional. What stood out most was the honesty and transparency of the staff. They recommended services that were genuinely needed without making me feel pressured or upsold on unnecessary repairs. That level of professionalism and integrity is greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

8295 Biscayne Blvd has been a fast,fun,friendly location all the workers there have great attitudes and Especially the manager Ronnie S he always tell me what issues I needed to work on with my car and it break down and knowledge is amazing he gets a 5/5 stars for his hard work Thank you

Austin made the whole process smooth and efficient while still making sure everything was done thoroughly. His customer service skills really stood out — he was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I left satisfied. It’s not often you come across someone who takes that much pride in their work and treats customers with such respect.
