I had a number of services performed on my vehicle. Tire rotation, oil change , transmission flushed, Also 4-Cylinder tune-up package which includes a 2-prt fuel system cleaning and all the other little minor things that they preform on the vehicle. I also appreciate the fact that they took the amount of time that was needed in order to perform all the services that were done. Besides, they tell you at the very beginning Which helps me to appreciate their level of professionalism Price was very reasonable. I am greatly satisfied with their work.

I decided to take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube instead of the dealership for service. This team located at 197th and 27th Avenue in Miami Gardens is "outstanding". This location opened on time as scheduled, they greet you with a welcoming and willingness to assist attitude. And they provide great work and customer service. I was also given an assessment on what should be done next to keep my engine running smoothly. I highly recommend this location and team.

The gentlemen at this jiffy lube were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and kind when I had to quickly run into this location while traveling back home to New York with two small children. They quickly provided the oil change and then directed me to where I could complete the rest of my services. Very grateful for the three of them!

Carlos, Phil and Jermaine were AMAZING, they cared, went above the call of duty and really represented the Jiffy Lube brand well. They all deserve raises if you ask me.

Came in after getting a quote for an alternator change and came to realize another store sold me the incorrect part. Carlos at the front of jiffy lube was wonderful and helped me find the correct part and made everything stress free. The repair went very well because of his help . The team helped me with my Groupon and pricing, explained everything clearly, and did not pressure me with unnecessary upsells or extra services. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and respectful. The service was efficient, the staff made me feel welcome, and I left extremely satisfied.
