Fast, clean, and professional service. I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they got me in and out quickly. The techs were friendly, the prices were decent, and they included a full fluid check. Great spot for a quick oil change and basic car maintenance.

Absolutely professional. Very friendly and approachable. Answered all questions i had was completely honest about what needed to done to my vehicle.

Fast and straight forward with pricing

Just went in for a quick oil change. Ended up needing an air filter too. Logan, Kyler and Vincent took care of me. And of course, my favorite, Geishley being the main reason I come to this location. They got me in and out in 20 minutes. Love how professional and quick they are here.

I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time and had outstanding service from Alex he went above and beyond to accommodate me. I definitely recommend this location fast and outstanding service. I had my oil changed and cabin filter replaced

Just had an oil & filter change, the crew was outstanding! Nena is knowledgeable and very courteous, a real keeper!

Needed to change my oil and rotate tires and was able to find a Groupon to Jiffy Lube on S Florida Ave. Mind you I've been used to going to Tire Plus and Take 5, so I was used to good service. Once I arrived to Jiffy Lube, they showed me what GREAT service looks like. They notified me of everything under my hood and what could possibly need replacement soon. Caridad was the one in charge of oil and reviewing filters and she wasn't pushy on trying to get sales at all. I literally came in and was done with both services in less than 30 mins. I spoke with the Manager Nena and gave my opinion on her services and commended her and her team for the excellent job! Now I found my go-to place for oil changes needs and you should try them out!

I initially came in for an oil change but left feeling like family. Nenea, I’m pretty sure that I spelled her name wrong and I’m so sorry but you and your team took such great care of me and my children on Friday afternoon. I know it was almost time to go but you guys didn’t rush through my service. Your team, helped me figure out where my brake fluid was leaking and helped me get a great deal on some tires. I just wanted to say keep going the extra mile. It definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Everyone on your team gave something special even the young man and lady that helped pin the shield up underneath the car. You guys took the worry so that I didn’t have too… Me and my family appreciates everyone. #JiffySquad

Great service with really nice employees

Excellent staff and management! Everyone was courteous and professional from the start! Up front pricing. Quick service while I sat in my car. Nena, the manager, was hands on and even helped me pull my car into the bay. Ill definitely be going back to the S. Fla. Avenue location in Lakeland.

I had a wonderful experience. The manager Nena and her crew were very kind and respectful. I got my engine flushed and oil changed very fast.

This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and my main goal was to find a shop where I wasn't going to get ripped off (*cough cough* Take 5 Oil). The staff here at Jiffy was professional and didn't give me the run around or try to push me into getting services I wasn't looking for. They were upfront about everything, especially Alex; he answered all of my questions for everything that was getting done today and estimates for services in the future. The shop also took $30 off my conventional oil change, so I only paid $50 when it was all said and done. As of right now, it's safe to say I'll be making another trip back here when it's time for my next oil change ??

Had a great experience today, came in for a quick oil change and the technician Nena was very helpful. She explained the gunk that was building and was able to do a flush to clean it out. Was given a great price as well!

I've been here for a few times already and this time Nena took good care of me and gave me a great service and she was very informative also!

This has been my go-to service shop for over a decade and two vehicles… today’s visit was terrific and the team was awesome. Nena and Caridad showed their leadership skills as they trained a newer associate. Gabriel and Alejandro were polite and thorough. No heavy sales tactics or pressure… Nena provided “good, better, best” options on windshield wipers and answered all of my questions during the visit. Highly recommend!

Every one was nice great Customer service

This is my second time here and I love it. Ro and Nena were amazing. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me anything I didnt need and were just genuinely helpful and kind. Ill be back for my breaks soon!!
