Nena was wonderful, informed me of what my car needed and why, I always come here, always great respect and service I receive.

I went in for an oil change and also inquired about brakes. Nena did such an amazing job with explaining the importance of changing my breaks and how critical it was. I appreciate her for her services.

Great service with really nice employees

Excellent staff and management! Everyone was courteous and professional from the start! Up front pricing. Quick service while I sat in my car. Nena, the manager, was hands on and even helped me pull my car into the bay. Ill definitely be going back to the S. Fla. Avenue location in Lakeland.

Alex was very kind and explained recommendations well and answered questions with confidence that made me believe he knew what he was doing. I will be back.

This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and my main goal was to find a shop where I wasn't going to get ripped off (*cough cough* Take 5 Oil). The staff here at Jiffy was professional and didn't give me the run around or try to push me into getting services I wasn't looking for. They were upfront about everything, especially Alex; he answered all of my questions for everything that was getting done today and estimates for services in the future. The shop also took $30 off my conventional oil change, so I only paid $50 when it was all said and done. As of right now, it's safe to say I'll be making another trip back here when it's time for my next oil change ??

Had a great experience today, came in for a quick oil change and the technician Nena was very helpful. She explained the gunk that was building and was able to do a flush to clean it out. Was given a great price as well!

I've been here for a few times already and this time Nena took good care of me and gave me a great service and she was very informative also!

This has been my go-to service shop for over a decade and two vehicles… today’s visit was terrific and the team was awesome. Nena and Caridad showed their leadership skills as they trained a newer associate. Gabriel and Alejandro were polite and thorough. No heavy sales tactics or pressure… Nena provided “good, better, best” options on windshield wipers and answered all of my questions during the visit. Highly recommend!

This is my second time here and I love it. Ro and Nena were amazing. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me anything I didnt need and were just genuinely helpful and kind. Ill be back for my breaks soon!!

The staff was great, friendly and quick at their job. It didn’t feel like they were trying to hassle money from you like other places. Geishley was so helpful at explaining everything and finding the best price.

I had a great experience getting my car maintenance done. I came in for an oil change which needed to be flushed. Nana was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The process was quick, straightforward, and stress free. They did a great job with the oil change, but neglected to do any of the extra services like check the air pressure, or fill the fluids, even after I asked if it was done.Kind of disappointing but was very impressed with the customer service and short wait times.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Dale Mabry next to the Chipotle today around 5:30pm and receive excellent customer service by Tamiko James and his team. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out In no time. My car felt so smooth driving on the highway, as I drive from tampa to winter haven every day. So a good oil change is imperative. Greatly appreciate him and his team for ensuring my car was in good order. I definitely recommend this location. Thanks!

I received the best customer service from this place. Nana who was my tech was VERY Knowledgeable and even caught a oil leak in my valve gasket that I wouldn't of known had I not gone in there that day.She also told me I needed 2 front tires. She recommended synthetic oil which she said was better for my car. I immediately took car to the dealer since I was planning a road trip up in a couple of weeks and they confirmed I did have a oil leak. If there was a 10 ?? option I would definitely give her that. She saved my engine had she not caught that oil leak! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great place to get a oil change. Air pressure checked, fluid levels checked oil and oil filter changed, all in about 8 minutes. Excellent customer service

Great experience. The guys were thorough, it was a bit slow for a 15 minute oil change. You’ll need 40 minutes but worth it.

A lot of crooks in lakeland but not here. Easy, fast and respectful.

The staff at this location were pleasant and they got my vehicle right in. The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. However, I felt the cost was a bit much for what I had done: $161 for a simple oil change and tire rotation seems a little steep. And that was after applying a $26 coupon I found online.

As a mom of 3, I needed someplace quick and they did not disappoint. I waited for about 10 minutes, because all the bays were full but once I was pulled in, they started working on my mini van immediately while we got to stay in the van (much easier with 3 kids). They explained everything thoroughly, I did add extras so were there for about 30 minutes more. They complimented my children and how quiet they were just watching them work. Will come back again.

I love this location. I drive all the way from Northside by Lake Gibson to go here because it's worth it. The staff is always so respectful and friendly. I've brought multiple vehicles here with no issues. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off, or they are pushing to fix problems that aren't there, and they never are pushy about problems that do need to be fixed. Steve runs a really great store, I never feel uncomfortable and I truly enjoy having conversations with him. He's a very genuine down to earth man and trust him completely with my car(s). He cares about his customers safety above anything else. I'm usually in and out in less than 30 min, but I typically go first thing in the morning around 9:30am. I've had oil changes, valve cover replacement, and spark plugs replaces. When I need my brakes done, I'll be going there too. Great store, great staff, awesome management! 10/10 recommend!

Jeffy lube in lakeland florida on South Florida Avenue definitely gets 5 stars. Their prices are fair. All the employees and team members are excellent. They're all very polite. Have a smile on her face. I was in and out from getting my oil change and the timely matter. I will definitely recommend it for anybody else. And that's why I'm gonna get my oil changed from now on. Very pleasant, professional staff who do a through safety check as well as the oil change & get you in & out quickly.

My first time at this location and when I say a WOMAN by the name of Ilene Walked circles around both older and younger men . Eager to learn and to get hands on experience she greeted me with a smile and walked me through the process. Watching her work ethics and the men around just watching her , I’d say this young lady is most certainly an asset as she was the only person smiling and working. Watching the way she is treated by co workers as she works hard and they just look at her ! She deserves to be the manager for this place. You go young lady , keep up the hard work. Thank you to her !

Been here twice, both time staff are pleasant,welcoming, the though of being able to stay in your car as they work on it it satisfying. Work well, fast, and efficient. Took my nephew here to get his car done. This is OUR place for our cars. Thank you all for the service.
