Today was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube and it won't be my last! I received excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the staff! They were professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable on questions I asked about my vehicle. The prices were fair and I left happy because I had a great experience! The employess were great. The numbers didn't add up on the "packages" set up by corporate though. When brought to their attention, they agreed and seemed genuinely surprised. We settled on a simpler service and everything worked out. Service good, employees good. Happy it all worked out. Been coming here for years. I trust the local shop, not corporate though
