????? Today was a very stressful day. After visiting my dad with my two children, we stopped next door for food, and to my surprise, my car's bumper suddenly fell off. I walked over to Jiffy Lube hoping someone might be able to help, and that's when I met Griff. Griff didn't hesitate to step in. He took the time to tape my bumper back on so I could safely make it home. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help someone he didn't even know meant more to me than he probably realizes. In a world where people are often in a hurry, Griff took the time to care, and I will never forget that. Because of the outstanding customer service I received, the Jiffy Lube on Old St. Augustine Road has earned my business. I will be bringing my vehicle there for my future car needs, and I will gladly recommend this location to my family, friends, and anyone looking for honest, caring service. Thank you again, Griff. You truly turned a stressful day into one I'll remember for a much better reason.

I came in with no idea what I was doing. My car had started smoking and I saw the oil was low. I asked for help and they were able to see an issue, fix my oil, and really give me the care I needed. I appreciate this store, they seem to care about their customers and now just the check. Thank you guys!

Been here a few times for basic oil changes and tire rotations. Every time the team is fast and responsible. Griff in particular is very professional. They have never tried to up-sell me on things I don't need and for that, I will continue to come back as a loyal customer.

I was greeted immediately with a smile and brought directly into the bay. They were very efficient, knowledgeable about my vehicle and I was in and out in no time. The price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this location.
