Very fast and super efficient oil change. I totally appreciate the fact that the general manager, Errol, talked to me in layman's speech about coolant issues with NO PRESSURE at all to buy anything. He gave me a real timeline as to when I would actually need replacements, etc.

I used to always use Jiffy Lube in Jax Beach but my travel has kept me away for quite a while. Oil light went on yesterday and off I went to Jiffy Lube today. Manager Errol greeted me upon arrival and he and he assistant fixed me up quickly & professionally. This location is just so convenient to Ponte Vedra Beach to shoot over there and get such good speedy service.

Fast, efficient and effective.

Manager, Errol, took care of my vehicle directly and even drove it into the service bay for me! Service was swift and professional. I could tell that the customer service experience was important to the Manager and he went out of his way to make certain my experience was a 5-star one!
