Fast, good service. I found a deal on Groupon so I went here. The guy said he had a better price than Groupon but I already bought it, then when he told me the price... it was more than I paid! lol so I'm glad I had already got the Groupon deal. I like not having to get out of the car and I was done within about 20 minutes.

After my service started i was informed they did not have the filter for my car. I would have declined the service had i know they wouldn’t be able to properly complete a full oil change. I was still charged over $100 for the oil and that included a military discount. No oil change place will just change the filter so I’m stuck to get another oil change or run a filter two cycles which is not ideal. Update: there was a miscommunication and they did in fact change the oil filter. There was a bad gasket that had the oil leaking which would have been fixed under their warranty. Mr. Garcia the district manager clearly cares about his customers and offered to make it right even though the original issue was a miscommunication. He did his due diligence, and is clearly customer focused. Changed my review to 5 stars for this reason.

great service at a reasonable price. in and out in 20 minutes. top off all your fluids and tires. these guys rock

I just got my truck fixed at jiffy lube there are very nice and friendly and know what they're doing and got my truck running right so I appreciate it and you need to come here if you need any kind of work done to your truck or car thank you much they're the best thank you poor thing

We got so lucky to be there when the corporate trainer was in town working. She was so amazing, and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with her and she taught us so much about cars, oils, additives, brakes, issues with various car models and years. So impressed.

Went into Jiffy Lube to have my battery replaced on my Ford Escape today. Great service was provided by Zachary and Jorge. They replaced the battery and checked the filters during the process and gave me quotes for future needs. Friendly customer service, highly recommend and will return to Jiffy Lube for my next oil change service.

Crew did a good job. Used to be $40 for an oil change. Now $60 to $80. If you dont di maintenance in your car it wont last. Mine is a 2003 buick with over 200000 miles

These guys were really good. they honored a 50% off conventional oil coupon for my daughter and she was so happy. a lil slow but they were pretty busy. still a great deal and the guy in charge was really nice and professional. Gave me some tips on the transmission too.

The manager Zachery is amazing and very knowledgeable! I only go to this store to get my oil change because he always takes care of me and lets me know if anything is wrong with my car or if i need anything! He makes the mechanic world seem less scary with me not knowing much about vehicles.

I came for an oil change and was in and out in less than 45 minutes, all while they apologized for the wait. It is so rare to get an oil change anywhere in less than an hour. While I was there, they also not only told me but actually SHOWED me that my air filter needs to be changed. When I came back to get the filter changed, Dustin actually remembered me and immediately helped me. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

Just stopped by to get my scheduled oil change which I do every 3K miles. I pulled in and there was no line. I went to check in and got a price but it seemed a bit high. I went online and asked the mgr Zach if I could use the coupon and he said yes. It cost me about $35 to get my oil changed and all fluid levels checked. Top notch service will def go back!

Great place full customer service

Just moved down here to Florida. Needed an oli change and tire rotation. Worried about finding a place. The manager, Zach was terrific, as was Jorge who worked on my car. Fantastic customer service by both of them! I know I have a place to bring my car in the future. An ounce of kindness goes a long way.

Today George the mechanic was able to find the problem my car was having and fixed it quickly so i could get to work. I also get my oil changes here and keep returning because the employees are professional and are eager to keep the customers happy. Thank you guys.
