I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was surprisingly professional, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. What stood out most was how well they worked together as a team to keep everything running efficiently. They got me in and out quickly without sacrificing service quality. It's refreshing to find a place that values both customer service and efficiency. I can definitely recommend them and will be returning for future maintenance needs.

Thoroughly impressed. Fast service, everyone involved showed special interest in explaining everything and making sure I had a very good experience. They even put a hose with AC in the cabin so that I could stay in the car while they changed the oil! Everything was done in a very diligent and efficient way! I will keep coming back to this location. I highly recommend it!

A special thank you to Mitchell for his warm, professional welcome. He checked me out with a big smile, was very detailed, and made sure I understood everything. Also, shoutout to Tony!¡ while I was waiting, the phones were nonstop, and he handled every call back-to-back with such a positive attitude. I had a great experience at Miami Gardens service center. I had to replace the oil cover gasket on my SUV. I arrived 20 minutes before it opened. The manager Tony came to my car and asked me for the reason for my visit. I showed him the recommended repair from my last visit a couple months before. The repair was going to take a several hours Tony went ahead and ordered the parts needed. He asked me if I was going to wait there or come back. I told him that I would come back once the car was done. He said that he would call me. I received a call from Mitchell letting me know that it was almost done. Once I returned Tony worked with me applying coupons to help me in the repair costs. Everyone was pleasant friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the service that I received and want to recognize Tony for his help and guidance and Mitchell on the phone call, not many people today have phone etiquette. He was professional and informative
