They were quick, very Alex was so helpful and kind I had other questions that didn’t have anything to do with my oil change and he was still informative and helpful

As usual, great service at my local Jiffy Lube location in Gainesville. Armon and Q squared away my oil concerns while manager Alex went above and beyond helping me replace some rusty screws on my disabled veteran license plate, which I really appreciated due to some arthritis issues. We are traveling to Disneyworld from Texas and my car showed an alert that the oil was low. We knew we had a small leak around the valve cover, so we popped in to this location and Alex took care of us! He was kind and checked top and bottom to make sure the leak was not worse! Highly recommend this location! Alex was great!!
