Great experience at Jiffy Lube! Paul, the manager and technician James were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was handled quickly and explained the service without any pressure. Excellent customer service and a great reflection of the Jiffy Lube team. Highly recommend!

Very quick and straightforward oil change.

This location in Gainesville is my "go to" Jiffy Lube after the one on 34th St. almost blew up my motor after they failed to properly tighten my drain plug. This location on Newberry Road reinstalled the plug and refilled my oil at no charge! Great customer service and speedy oil changes! I will not go anywhere else!
