This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube. I will return to this one on San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers in the future. Connor was professional, kind and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to get additional services. As a first -timer, my car was given a thorough evaluation and "report card". The services I asked for were completed in a timely manner. I am pleased with the job done today and the costs were comparable and/or better than other places close by.

I took my car today and the service was fast, felt very comfortable with the staff when they were suggesting extra services beside the issue I had. They explain item by item plus the quote so I had a final quote beforehand I did the work as suggested and I’m planning g to go back for tune up and tires

I was pretty satisfied. Guys were very quick, did their job well and professionally. They checked out my car fast. They didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary and the price was very reasonable.

I frequently visit this service center for my oil changes, and I consistently receive outstanding customer service. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Geoffrey, who impressed me with his extensive knowledge and professionalism. His friendly demeanor and expertise made the experience even better. Great staff and service

Geoffrey was great, explained everything to me thoroughly without mansplaining and told me everything I needed without overselling. This was my second visit to this jiffy lube since I moved to this side of town a year ago. It's my go-to for basic maintenance ????

Super nice and professional team got me in and out fast and price was great! Got full synthetic for my 2021 Subaru Outback with the store promotion for a steal! devric is a solid technician and Marcus is a solid dude! 100% know what they doing and they care!

Darwin did a great job, but most importantly, he recognized that I had an oil leak. By making me aware of it, I was able to take my car to a mechanic before it got worse. My man Marcis was honest and made sure I got my military discount without asking for it. It’s things like that that make me want to say—come see Darwin over here; he will take great care of you!

Josh and his team were amazing help. Very professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

The oil change took less than 25 mins. While Josh was explaining the different types of oil for my truck his co worker vacuumed the interior and washed the windows. Josh also tested the battery and gave a quick look over the truck to see if it needed any further repairs but everything was all good..very trustworthy workers. Highly recommended!

Josh and Z were great, more than practical and honest. Josh is the manager and he went step by step explaining my oil change and all that is needed without upcharging me every step of the way. Z did amazing job on my oil change, my car run so smooth now. Even though the shop was out of my way, I definitely will be going back!Highly recommended! Crossing my fingers for Josh and his family to have a boy!

We had been going to a different oil change company just down the street, but decided on a whim to try Jiffy Lube. They did a superior job, had great customer service, went the extra mile with service, and won our business for the future. If you're tired of being hassled with upsells when you're getting your oil changed, and the associates at the other places are trying to sell you more rather than serve you more, give Jiffy Lube a try. Make sure to check online because there's usually a coupon.

I had a very positive experiences at Jiffy Lube! The mechanics were very professional, checked lights, fluids, tires and oil change. They made sure I was aware and understood everything they were doing. I would recommend them :)

Great service the only place to go in Ft Myers for your car needs

Out of all the jiffy lube locations this one was top notch. They were fast, efficient, professional and courteous. They made sure to go the extra mile on every step with my Mazda cx5 (SUV) . Great job! I’ll only go to this location when I need an oil change from now on. Thank you guys!
