This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube. I will return to this one on San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers in the future. Connor was professional, kind and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to get additional services. As a first -timer, my car was given a thorough evaluation and "report card". The services I asked for were completed in a timely manner. I am pleased with the job done today and the costs were comparable and/or better than other places close by.

I took my car today and the service was fast, felt very comfortable with the staff when they were suggesting extra services beside the issue I had. They explain item by item plus the quote so I had a final quote beforehand I did the work as suggested and I’m planning g to go back for tune up and tires

I was pretty satisfied. Guys were very quick, did their job well and professionally. They checked out my car fast. They didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary and the price was very reasonable.

Great staff and service

Geoffrey was great, explained everything to me thoroughly without mansplaining and told me everything I needed without overselling. This was my second visit to this jiffy lube since I moved to this side of town a year ago. It's my go-to for basic maintenance ????

Super nice and professional team got me in and out fast and price was great! Got full synthetic for my 2021 Subaru Outback with the store promotion for a steal! devric is a solid technician and Marcus is a solid dude! 100% know what they doing and they care!

Darwin did a great job, but most importantly, he recognized that I had an oil leak. By making me aware of it, I was able to take my car to a mechanic before it got worse. My man Marcis was honest and made sure I got my military discount without asking for it. It’s things like that that make me want to say—come see Darwin over here; he will take great care of you!
