Always a great experience at this location.?6. The fellas are courteous and polite. They are thorough and work fast. I like the fact that they make recommendations but do not pressure you like some places do. They listen and are respectful. In a time when good customer service is sometimes challenging to find, I really appreciate their bayside manners and look forward to my next oil change there. ?? Thanks guys!

I’ve always had a good experience at Jiffy lube they take care of why I went and let me know the price ahead of time if I would like some extra things done. I recommend them highly.

In and out is less that 20 minutes this morning. Staff was great, professional, informative and did not do the heavy sales pitch.

Absolutely the best oil service I’ve ever had an oil change place. Jiffy Lube truly went above and beyond not only did they complete my oil change. They also helped identify a leak. I had cleaned it up and pointed out other issues that I had with a car and were able to fix it on a spot. The manager, Phil was fantastic, very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire team took the time to explain everything they were doing Which made me confident in their work. The shop was very clean. Service was thorough and most importantly they were trustworthy. 100% recommend Jiffy Lube #1244 exceptional service from start to finish.

Quick and efficient, they have a great crew at this location. Management seems very involved with the shop, helping a newer guy in the pit finish up with a tricky component under my truck without hesitation. Good group of guys here, I’ll be back for sure.

I've been using Valvoline for years. Yesterday I went there and they put in a "synthetic blend" instead of pure synthetic which is what I asked for and what my manufacturer says is required. I didn't realize they used the wrong type of oil until I was home and looked at the receipt. I had no desire to deal with them again so I just came to Jiffy Lube to change the oil to the correct type which is what my car manufacturer requires for my engine. Valvoline lost a customer and Jiffy Lube gained one. The service was excellent and it was so much more professional than Valvoline, it was like night and day.

This specific Jiffy Lube on Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers is absolutely the best experiences I have EVER received in this industry. They're so kind, proficient in what they do and provide the service in a very timely manner. When you need an oil change, this is top notch!

This Jiffy Lube location is still a great no nonsense oil change shop with consistent service for the past decade. They do great work.

Awesome Experience, very friendly great customer service.

Brought in a used car I just bought with no history of maintenance record and they checked everything for me. I went in knowing what I possibly needed and they recommended I do it later but I already planned on getting it done so they did it and even found a reservoir that didn't have any fluid in it and made sure it was full. Showed me everything as they did it.

Great service overall! Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and accomodating. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the price is a little higher than everywhere else Ive had service done, however, the service was also a little better than everywhere else Ive had service done
