Excellent excellent customer service on top of everything. I am a very picky customer when it comes to this type thing I take extreme good care of my cars and these guys did a very, very great service. I can’t say enough good about. I’m sorry I did not catch their names. I wish I would have but pretty sure it was the manager and his entire staff were just incredible. I’m only down here for work for a few months, but I will tell my entire staff on my site. I’m about the place. Great job. Customer service is hard to find anymore Tim R Brooksville, Florida.

This is the first time I have visited this Jiffy Lube location, in the plaza where my favorite restaurant, Jing du, is located. I like the location and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They honored my Groupon and had me in and out quickly.

A plastic guard under the engine area fell off in a nearby parking lot. I was able to drive the car to the shop. These guys were absolutely fantastic. They helped reattach the part and did a complete service and oil change too. Highly recommend this location.

The staff was very helpful friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain things and did not pressure me in any way. As a result I added on to my oil change. Bill was great. The boss was helpful and friendly and the young man doing the service was great also!! I'd go back there in a heartbeat.

I was there on 2/21/21(Sunday) and it was a great experience. The customer service guy who took care of me, helped me when my phone died to get the coupon I needed to get my service done. Plus they had me in and out in no time. Thanks!
