I came here today to get my oil changed after another shop did not put the oil cap on, and I was driving around for a couple months without any oil in my car… Jeff was an absolute angel to me in explaining everything that I needed to do in order to handle this situation from here on out. I was highly stressed as this probably caused damage to my car... I could not have asked for more compassionate and trustworthy service. Highly recommend.

????? Best Jiffy Lube Location I’ve Been To! I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for more than 20 years, and I can confidently say that this is the best location I’ve ever visited. The level of customer service, professionalism, and attention I received here truly stands out. Mona, Ryan, Alex, and Mark were all professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. The entire team made sure I was taken care of and that everything with my vehicle was properly addressed. I especially want to recognize Sam, who truly went above and beyond. He took extra time to make sure my concerns were addressed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely taken care of. That kind of effort and genuine customer service is hard to find these days, and it deserves to be recognized. After more than 20 years of going to Jiffy Lube, I’ve visited many locations, but this team and this location are by far the best experience I’ve had. Huge thank you to Sam, Mona, Ryan, Alex, and Mark for the outstanding service. You’ve definitely earned my continued business and my highest recommendation! ?????

And, in traditional fashion, my phone died while I was waiting and David even went on a mission to find me an iPhone charger so I could turn my phone back on. Just a great group of guys!

Great Customer service

Ryan and the full staff was great. They noticed how dangerous my car was with the brakes, and the tires and also the power steering they got dead. Everything that was needed, and my car drives like a new car.

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Since it's close to my job, I was able to stop by during my lunch break for an oil change. Even though I had to wait for the customer ahead of me, the whole visit only took about 30 minutes, which was perfect for my schedule. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. They took the time to explain the services they recommended and answered all of my questions. While they did suggest a few additional services, I never felt pressured or pushed into buying anything. Instead, they helped me understand what my car needed so I could make an informed decision. Fast, honest, and excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

I’ve been going here for years and the service never disappoints. I easily could get my car serviced elsewhere, but the team at this Jiffy Lube location always exceeds my expectations! The execution was seamless and efficient! I was informed at every step and felt that all of my needs were met. They all genuinely appeared to enjoy working together as I could hear them communicating and confirming tasks/actions with each other aloud. Overall, the experience was impressive to observe the complexities of such an operation. Thank You to Shane Sullivan for taking care of me and suggesting an additional service of which I purchased. I will return for the the headlamp brightening and an air filter. 5 Stars!!!??

They have a very nice crew there. They work very fast and efficiently to get customers moving. It was a busy day on a Saturday and they kept things moving along!

I went to this location about three weeks ago; and I have to say I have mixed emotions. Initially, I was going for a synthetic oil change which cost more than I wanted to spend but I had to get it done. When, I left I found myself with new brakes and a bill for $772.00. They said they were worn down to the point of being dangerous and needed to be replaced post haste. But I must say what really irked is the woman there asked me if I wanted to pay an additional $20 to have the old oil drained first and then the new oil poured in. I thought that was a "no brainer". Now I have to pay for that after spending almost $800.
