They got me right with my oil change, quick in and out less than a half an hour with other people in front of me

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Since it's close to my job, I was able to stop by during my lunch break for an oil change. Even though I had to wait for the customer ahead of me, the whole visit only took about 30 minutes, which was perfect for my schedule. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. They took the time to explain the services they recommended and answered all of my questions. While they did suggest a few additional services, I never felt pressured or pushed into buying anything. Instead, they helped me understand what my car needed so I could make an informed decision. Fast, honest, and excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

I’ve been going here for years and the service never disappoints. I easily could get my car serviced elsewhere, but the team at this Jiffy Lube location always exceeds my expectations! The execution was seamless and efficient! I was informed at every step and felt that all of my needs were met. They all genuinely appeared to enjoy working together as I could hear them communicating and confirming tasks/actions with each other aloud. Overall, the experience was impressive to observe the complexities of such an operation. Thank You to Shane Sullivan for taking care of me and suggesting an additional service of which I purchased. I will return for the the headlamp brightening and an air filter. 5 Stars!!!??

They have a very nice crew there. They work very fast and efficiently to get customers moving. It was a busy day on a Saturday and they kept things moving along!

The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed to my car issues. Ryan at The Cypress Creek location, was very concerned about my safety. He is excellent to work with and really helped us out. I will be going to that location in the future.

We drove up and we’re immediately greeted and met by pristine hospitality. We were seen right away with no delay. No wait time at which point we then drive the vehicle upon instruction and automotive professionals here at Jiffy Lube made sure that we were well taken care of and charged us a decent price of around $39

The service was fast very professional explained everything. I’m so sorry. I can’t remember the gentleman‘s name, but he was a tall, dark skin guy wore glasses. I definitely will go back. It made me feel very comfortable.

I went in for an oil change last month. Jeremiah E and the rest of the Team were amazing. Everyone was very professional, well spoken, and polite. He explained every process and advised on the needed work. I was so happy, told my husband the very same day, so he had oil change on his Jeep the next day, and we both agreed on the great experience and reasonable price. I went to this location about three weeks ago; and I have to say I have mixed emotions. Initially, I was going for a synthetic oil change which cost more than I wanted to spend but I had to get it done. When, I left I found myself with new brakes and a bill for $772.00. They said they were worn down to the point of being dangerous and needed to be replaced post haste. But I must say what really irked is the woman there asked me if I wanted to pay an additional $20 to have the old oil drained first and then the new oil poured in. I thought that was a "no brainer". Now I have to pay for that after spending almost $800.
