I arrived 30 minutes prior to them closing with a screw on the unrepairable part of my front tire. As it was past 5:00, there was no place open that could plug my tire. The gentlemen took my vehicle and put the spare tire on for me- free of charge. Highly recommend this location and the employees that represent it. Thank you, again!

This may have been the fastest oil change I've ever had here, and Shannon made it happen while swapping out my old skid plate bolts AND replacing my windshield wipers. I brought in new skid bolts that I'd purchased myself and they were swapped out for free, and Shannon saved me an extra stop and a higher bill by letting me know they had a half off deal on wipers today! Thanks for getting me in and out of there so quickly today :)

I had an oil change and a new filter. The advisor came in and told me that I still had 1000 miles left before I needed an oil change. I told him I do not drive very much and it hasn’t been changed since March and I wanted to get it changed. He was honest and I appreciate that they’ve redone the whole place. It’s all clean TV. Great people. I’m definitely going back. Definitely go check it out

As a widow it's very hard to know who to bring your car to. Imagine my surprise when the gentleman and my car service man looked over my car changed my oil make sure my tire pressure is good at no extra charge I'm definitely feeling safe about my trip to New York this week God bless the guys that work there and will be definitely will be bringing my car there when I get back in November to have my transmission serviced

This was my first visit ever to a Jiffy Lube so I had no idea what to expect. When I arrived there were no other customers. I was promptly greeted at my car. I inquired about the process and I assume it was a service manager or someone who was in charge told me to go into the air conditioned office and he followed me in (even opened the door like a gentlemen). He discussed the various options and once I made a decision he went out to the service Bay Area. The waiting room was very clean, offered filtered water, tv & comfortable seating. Wasn’t long and he was back with 2 filters in his hand. One which was fairly white and one that was black and disgusting, he discussed each of them and although we had recently purchased this vehicle I had no idea that this filter even existed in vehicles ??! It was clear it needed to be replaced. Not long after he came in gave me my keys and said the vehicle was done. It was a very pleasant experience and I even saved a few bucks as I had a coupon when I did the google search! All in all a very good experience and I would recommend this location.

Meant to post this earlier, came to this location for oil change last month because my dealership couldn't schedule appointment for a month. These folks took care of everything quickly and at a reasonable rate. I recommend them.

Got my oil changed and my tires replaced and aligned. They were quick and professional and really communicative throughout the process of ordering the tires and the services themselves.

Price for an oil change was high even with a $20.00 coupon, $112.00.

Had a really bad coolant leak and knew it was something close to or under the engine, not something I could deal with on my own. Stephen was willing to explain and break down for me the sources of the leak and even though I had questions and concerns, gave me time to consider my options and finished the work quickly and well done once I told him to go for it. He spent the extra time to look for any small leaks remaining after replacing the main sources of the leak (water pump and outlet assembly). Thanks for your patience guys!

Quick & cheerful Nice coupon too Would use again!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean establishment. No waiting at mid-day, on a weekday. Had all filters in stock. Very surprised and happy that they vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows. Nice touch! Despite the sticker shock for the cost of filters (it was less than at the dealership) this place is local and I was done in less than 15 minutes. The dealer is an hour away, I need an appointment, it costs more and I have to wait 1-2 hours. That said. I’m going back to Jiffy Lube in 5000 miles.

Recently located to the area and really needed an oil change ASAP. I arrived a tad early and Jason was welcoming & explained my options. He immediately started on my car and his coworker assisted. He did all the extras as well. Definitely MY GO TO - The synthetic oil change and the extras within 30-40 minutes.

The service advisor amanda was it was Phenomenal. A very savvy Young lady.

The team at Jiffylube were knowledgeable and respectful. During the visit the manager pointed out that my car needed tires and they explained the need. I couldn't see the wear since it was on the inside of the two front tires. Once I knew, I had a new set of tires put on. They explained the urgency of my situation and made it apparent to do something ASAP. Thank you team JL
