Stephanie, Victoria and Ramon are excellent and I will always go to that Jiffy Lube!

I’ll come here all the time to get my oil changed. They’re very quick and efficient for a good price. Today there was a little miscommunication however, the manager Erick stepped up and took care of the problem. I certainly will continue to come back here.

Jason, V and Sebastian F and Alexander R and Ramon C and Dakota K assisted me today with getting an oil change. I can confidently say that they were all a pleasure to work with and very professional. I do forget the one lady‘s name who did the admission process. She was lovely to talk to and extremely kind. She has Long curly hair and an eyebrow piercing on the left. In the hundred degree heat, she put on a smile and is truly a hard worker. Out of everyone, she deserves a raise. jiffy Lube should provide them with refreshing beverages and snacks while they put in the hard work in this summer heat.

It was really good experience. Raphael was the guy that worked on my car and he was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and I thought he was great. The service was very good all the way up to them holding the door open after I paid. I do think they're a little pricey even if they do give $30 off of each oil change but I think what they do is they pack on the $30 and then take it off. But that's the American way right?

I had my oil change and transmission fluid serviced here, and I had such a great experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, honest, and welcoming. It was obvious that I wasn’t completely familiar with all the specifications of my car, but they never once took advantage of that. Instead, they took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Adam especially went above and beyond. He took the time to have a genuine conversation with me, answered my questions, and was extremely polite during our entire interaction. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values customer service and treats people with honesty and respect. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back!

Last time I had an. Oil change I went to Firestone and had a terrible experience. I made an appointment, the guy at check-in didn’t even remember to inform the people in the back I had arrived until 20 minutes later. It took an hour and an half so about 2 hours total to complete the service. Then they didn’t even seal my oil tank properly so it all leaked out four days later and my car wouldn’t drive, while I was in the process of moving…on my birthday. But that’s besides the point. They didn’t even care to correct their mistake, it was like pulling teeth, when finally a seasoned professional stepped up and corrected the issue. At Jiffy Lube, it was an entirely different experience. Night and Day. I was greeted by Adam who gave great customer service. He politely explained to me the process you have here, and instructed me on what to do. Simple and easy. Holding the door open each time is a nice touch. Everyone in the bay was nice and patiently explained the process. I was provided the little AC (thank God) I was brought out the tablet to pay. Melanny changed my oil and guided me out of the bay. I trust that her thoroughness and attention to detail protect my driveway from any oil stains!! Thank you!! You can tell the team communicates well and the jiffy lube is well run. Now that I know how easy this process is, I will be back. Thank you!

I called to ask how long an oil change service would take, and I was honestly in disbelief that it would only take 15 minutes. I was proven wrong! The service was completed timely and everyone was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate Ramon who had a great personality and was very helpful with my many questions.

Saturday morning started my day at Jiffy Lube at 1799 S University Dr. in Davie, FL.. Wow!! The precision, competence, and kind manner of the team was outstanding! Oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter were each serviced, with other important services were checked. My next travel destination is heading north to New Hampshire! Thank you!! Quick & easy, very professional

Best oil change experience. I was in and out in less than 14 minutes. They took care of everything and even offered me a coupon for the oil change. The manager Adam was super knowledgeable and friendly and the other workers and Rosalin were so fast and professional. Highly recommended this place. Will be back.

Okay, after I got a bit upset for not honoring my appointment and telling me that it will a long waiting, the employees did made the time to fit me in on time and with a reasonable waiting time. I thank them for that.
