Fast! Easy! Carefull! Customer service was very, very good! They told me about 4-5 times where they were in the process to change my oil and how many times left. They didn't try to push other sales (They just ask if I want more) They put air conditioning in my truck during the job with a pipe because we can't start the engine. I appreciated a lot. I will go there again for sure!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Jiffy Lube and honestly had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a service shop. Everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming, especially Adam. My autistic son and I stayed in the car during the service, and Adam went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable by blowing cool air into the car so we wouldn’t get too hot. That small act of kindness meant a lot to me. Adam was also very patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the entire process without making me feel rushed. The rest of the team — Nydia, Jason, Jackie, and Ramon — were amazing as well. The service was very fast, the prices were reasonable, and I appreciated their honesty about the oil price increase. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone treated us with kindness and respect, and they made what is usually a stressful errand feel easy and comfortable. Truly appreciated and highly recommend this team!

Excellent and professional team at jiffy Lube on South university drive opposite Whole Foods . Jiffy Lube is the only place I ever go to take my car to get serviced. Everyone there is very kind. I don’t even have to leave my car for my oil change tire rotation. Everything is fast and easy and if they find anything else wrong, they show me and explain to me clearly what the issue is so that I can understand since I don’t know much about cars. What an amazing team.

I highly recommend this place for oil change service! Fast, efficient, and Jason V. was honest about my air filter. Finally a place that I can trust. Keep doing what you’re doing Dalton P. , under your supervision, this place will be a success. Thank you for not trying try to find a way to make extra money by searching for things that don’t need attention. I really appreciate it.
