Knowledgeable employees

I gotta say, this team at the Jiffy Lube in Davie just knocks it out of the park every time I come. Today I was greeted by Ramon who did a fantastic job. They always know me, they're always friendly with me, they always work quick to get me in and out, and they don't take advantage of my wallet. Love this team.

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube this morning! Rafael attended to me right away and went above and beyond to help me with both my car battery and oil change. He was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore! Super fast, never stepped a foot out , 15min total from pulling in to leaveing. great if you are in a rush. Nick the manager and staff are all friendly and hard working. Definitely I found a gem thanks!! Jiffy lube happy customer!! Thanks for the discount.

This place is amazing great service Rafael the manager very respectful and awesome, service was the best I ever experienced this they are very profesional and fast service. The workers work together and love it here. They even have Air conditioning running while you wait. Best ever.

This is literally my GO TO place for car issues! I’ve came here about 3 or 4 times now. They always hook it up- whether it’s just an oil change, brake pads replacement or AC issues. This last time I went there for a simple AC issue- I thought it was just freon but they located the central issue which is significant so that I don’t have the same issue and have to come back a couple days later. They stayed two hours past closing time just to fix my car. I highly recommend coming here! Dale, Jason, Brandon, Rafael, Adam- thank you soo much!!

Stay in the car service is an awesome way to keep people safe during the pandemic. Everyone I encountered was so helpful and friendly. They changed my oil, air filter, topped off my coolant and replaced my deteriorating windshield wipers so quick I could not even believe it! Synchronized team work.
