I had a really great experience at the Jiffy Lube on East Bay (4301 East Bay Dr., Largo). I came in with my oil change light on, a headlight out, and honestly limited funds, and Elijah, Eddie, Isaiah, and Justin took such good care of me. They were honest about what I actually needed right now versus what could wait, which I really appreciated. As a female who doesn’t know a lot about cars, it can feel overwhelming walking into places like this—but they made me feel comfortable, respected, and not taken advantage of. This team truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their help. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location knowing I’m in good hands.

Came to get some brakes replaced, the guys are awesome. My mechanic Eddy was very open and honest, which I valued very much. My service was very recently priced.Will definitely going back! if you need a good garage to go to I highly recommend if you’re in the Clearwater/Largo area.

I went in spur of the moment for a light bulb replacement. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who helped me but he was so nice and even filled my tires. Places similar to this are hit or miss so I never look forward going to them. The gentleman that assisted me today set a different experience. I will be happy to go back for other services and to let everyone I know about the good experience that I had, not to mention it took all of 15 minutes!

I needed a tire, and the guys at Jiffy Lube made the process so quick and easy. Elijah, Emory, and Garrett really made me feel like I was family. I called and had the tire ordered by Emory, who trusted me enough (without even knowing me) to allow me to pay after the tire was installed, which was a blessing for me! The delivery of the tire was so quick, and as soon as I pulled into their parking lot, I was immediately helped by all three gentlemen. This is a place you want to be when you need any type of maintenance on your vehicle!! Thank you guys for being so awesome ??

Took my car in for an oil change before heading to California and it was quick and reasonably priced! The guys were great from the time they guided me in until the time they guided me out.

To all the ladies out there that dread getting your oil changed or anything else done to your car because you know they are going to tell you everything is broke and needs to be replaced just because you are a woman...come here to jiffy lube! I received the best service! Very polite, respectful employees that just did what i asked for (just a basic oul change which take 5 had just instead the cheapest would be 90 bucks) for a reasonable price that fit my budget!

Emory & the crew at store 1073 are amazing at what they do! I've had my car since 2006 and have replaced 1 belt 20 times- Emory was the 1st person *ever* to let me know that it was probably a pulley issue that is causing the belt issue. I've been bringing my car back ever since & I recommend you do the same!

Great customer service and best people around the mechanic was off for the day and came back to work to fix the brakes for my Nissan rogue was able to get work done and schedule me next day to fix my ac blower first thing in the morning definitely great team and great work they do and always had nothing but great service from them would recommend

This jiffy lube was great. Anybody with a hot rod lowered that wants expectations to be meet and surpassed. I recommend this place a lot

This location has the best customer service! After going to 5 gas stations just looking to fill up air in my tire with no luck, I decided to stop here and ask them to fill up my tire. They didn’t even hesitate, had me pull right in, and chatted with me while they filled up my tire. I offered to pay but they said it was fine. I will definitely be back for an oil change or other service and will refer others here too. Thank you again to the team there!
