Abraham and Issac were absolutely amazing!! I would go to Take 5 oil change jyst to hang out with these guys!!, friendly out going,best oil chang ever! best customer service ever! I would and will never go any were else!! and you absolutely can't beat their prices! so if you need your oil changed and wanted to be treated right,as well,let them WHOA YOU! .Blessings to Take 5 on Hwy 60!! keep going guys!

I just had my second treatment for my Ford. The guys were incredibly helpful and very understanding. Antonio was there every step of the way and answered all my questions. He changed the liquid for my transmission fluid and put new spark plugs. After that my car is not letting no more White smoke. Don't know the magic you guys did but you guys saved my day. Thank you so much Antonio you guys have a customer for life.

Tate and the crew were awesome! They got everything done truly in 15 minutes and it was an enjoyable experience, dare I say even FUN?! (and that with a 1 year old in tow) I'll definitely be back for regular oil changes! The cost compared to other quick oil change places was also much less and I appreciated that. I also enjoyed them caring for my vehicle, asking important questions, but also being courteous and respectful regarding any declinations!

Extremely happy with the timeliness, professionalism, and detailed information without feeling pressured or taken advantage of! I had an amazing experience at the Jiffy Lube on Brandon Boulevard. Tate always takes great care of me, and his customer service is truly top-notch. I used to visit the location on Bloomingdale and Bell Shoals, but the customer service there just wasn’t what I expect, so I started coming here instead — and I’m glad I did. Tate is professional, friendly, and makes sure everything is explained clearly. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and confident in the service they’re getting. Honestly, he’s a 10 out of 10 every time I come in. I actually live only two minutes from another location, but I’ll gladly drive 20 minutes through traffic just to come to this store because the service Tate provides is worth it. Because of him and the excellent team here, this is now my go-to place for oil changes. Highly recommend!

My son bought a pacakage for me. Due to previouse experiences at these type of locations i didnt want to go. However, this was the best experience. Tate is amazing. Kind, direct, and handles everyone wonderfully. Leaving the entire experience very good. My engine light came on as i drove up. B4 i left he checked my engine and went over it with me. Very kind. The guys at the shop were great, fast and friendly. They weren’t pushy on extras but they did ask all the right questions and told me I was due for a couple things soon. They flushed out my brake system which was needed and talked me through it all step by step. Very polite, and even funny as they liked my truck and complimented it. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube over those other “fast” oil change spots, and especially this location off 60 in Brandon for their profesional staff. They even shook my hand. Great crew and I’ll be back again!

Tate was very honest and helpful! He made sure everything was done correctly and updated me frequently. He explained that I most likely needed a new transmission, but was willing to help with a transmission flush. I was hoping the flush would be enough, but unfortunately he was correct and I needed a new transmission. But he was very kind and did a great job on the service. I greatly appreciated the honesty.

Tate was absolutely amazing!! So personable and helpful. I had the best experience I have ever had getting my oil change and tire rotation completed. He gave me the Groupon deal without having to go through the hassle of getting it through Groupon. I will absolutely be coming back! Added bonus: he places an AC pipe into the car window so you don’t get hot while the car is getting serviced.

They have new management here and Tate has really turned this location around. I used to go to his previous location, but this is my go to spot from now on. Great service, not trying to upsell you unnecessarily.
