Steve and Noel are my guys!!! I brought my car in for service because it was shaking uncontrollably whenever I would accelerate. I had just taken my car in here a week prior for an oil change, and it seemed fine at the time. Within the week, my car started to shake more and more and Noel assessed my vehicle and figured out that I needed a new tire and my front axels were nearly almost broken in half. Noel was honest with me and let me know that it wasn’t going to be a cheap fix, and he showed me the parts of the tire and the axles that needed repair. Both Noel and Steve stayed past closing to ensure my car was fixed and ready to drive again. I’ve been coming to Steve for the last 2 years for my oil change and I’m always very satisfied with the service. I really appreciated the time that Steve and Noel took out of their day to help me fix this issue. The price was not cute but hopefully now my car will not give me any more issues for the foreseeable future! I’ll definitely be recommending these guys to my friends if they ever need a quick oil change or repair.

The service at this Jiffy Lube was amazing! Nice area to sit and wait in. Steve, Who I assume was the manager was very helpful, very knowledgeable and very, very nice. All in all it was a quick 20 minute enjoyable experience.

Road trippin and needed an oil change. Pulled up and the guys were ready to roll! Very motivated and kind - felt like they really cared about me! My oil pump was degraded so i waited for a new one and by the time I left, they opened the doors for me and off I went. Will be back guys! Thank you so much!!!

Went to service the car at Jiffy, the minute that I call I knew it was the place to do so… service was fast and reliable with the only issue each rendered service are bills separately. Air Cabin filter address, engine gasket filter and Bosch wapperblade suggested. ??????

I gave this business a five-star rating for their service and professional employees. But I would give them ZERO stars because I was sent a 50% off coupon and yet that is not what I got when I went to pay. I feel like this was a bait and switch on the Corporate level. ????

Jiffy lube Altamonte springs Knowledgeable and friendly staff

I read the reviews on this location. There was a mixture of reviews. I trusted my gut. I pulled up to garage and I was greeted by a friendly face. It was early but the young man was very cordial. I went to the waiting room which was comfortable. The tall,older man looked the history of the previous services. He let me know the oil that was used last time. He told me it would take30 minutes. I sat down. Then a woman came to talk about the things wrong with car. I felt like oh boy here it comes. I knew the brakes had been squeaking for a while. I needed new brake pads. She told me the break pads were beyond low. She gave me her recommendation and let me know what my options were. She was great. She explained in detail what was going on with the brakes. This was going to take 45 minutes. In total I was there only 2 hours. I was probably there less than 2 hours. My experience was fantastic. The cost of services was reasonable. The customer was great. The location was easy to get to. I would recommend ppl to use this location. I saw a distraught college student come in because her check engine light was on but the staff helped her. The reassured her that they would find the problem. They treated her great. They treated me great. I was glad I made the choice to come to the Altmonte springs location.

The Altamonte Springs location on SR 434 is top shelf! I’ve been going to this location for a very long time and the entire staff’s professional service, knowledge and courtesy is the primary reason why!

Jiffy Lube is a great place to get your oil changed. They have a good stock of air and cabin filters too so that you can do multiple things at once - as compared to Take 5, where they just do the basics. Wish we had Jiffy Lube in our town.
