My first time at Jiffy Lube and won't be my last. Service was explained and completed in very short wait time. Additional services were recommended but not forced. No one wants to feel they're not getting what they ask for without being overloaded. I appreciated being given a voice. Pricing for service and labor was very reasonable and fair.

Pretty good place. Not the most competitive with pricing, but the service was good. Staff was friendly. And overall it was a very quick experience.

Professional, kind and friendly

I went for an oil change yesterday; it's my first time at Jiffy Lube. I usually went to Pep Boys, and more recently to Valvoline. Jiffy Lube was by far the best experience. The staff were professional and polite, and the entire oil change was done quickly—15 minutes at most. Highly impressed!

Andrew helped me and went above and beyond with answering my questions and perfect customer service! Definitely recommend this jiffy lube location. I’ve only experienced great service here.

Been to many different Jiffy Lubes but the one in Dover by far has the best customer service and professionalism. I'm not sure his name but the younger bald gentlemen went above and beyond to help remedy my issue with the cabin air filter and my blower motor. Employees like him make customers chose to patronize businesses like this versus other establishments.

The techs were polite, courteous and on point. They were precise and detailed everything I needed done for my car… best prices, best staff, always the ones I go to for oil change and anything else
