Great experience at Jiffy Lube! I was able to bring my oem recommend oil and OEM filter and gaskets!

Been going to this Jiffy Lube for eons and the girls are AMAZING... Sadly today the girls weren't there and it took them over an hour to do a oil change and that's ok it happens, BUT my mp3 player vanished, Ai checked the whole car/ floor etc, went back to JiffyLube and talked to the guy in charge, he asked and other employee went to passenger side and by a MIRACLE the mp3 player materialized out of thin air... Note to self take out ALL valuables before leaving the car in staff's hands.

????? 10/10 – Amazing First Experience! This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube, and I had such a great experience! The ladies who worked on my car were absolutely awesome. Everyone was friendly, polite, professional, and greeted me with a smile. Before they started, they took the time to go over the prices with me and explained exactly what they would be doing to my car. They also let me know how long the service would take and made me feel comfortable waiting inside. The waiting area was very nice and clean. After I paid, they went over everything again and even showed me what they had done to my car. They also explained what I may want to have done at my next service without making me feel pressured. I really appreciate the patience, kindness, and great customer service I received. As a first-time customer, they made me feel comfortable and confident about having my car serviced there. I will definitely be coming back! I rate this Jiffy Lube 10/10 and highly recommend them! Thank you ladies for taking such good care of me and my car! ????

Had a great experience at Jiffy yesterday! Came in for an oil change and everything was quick, smooth, and very efficient. The team worked really well together—you can tell they communicate and support each other, which made the whole process even faster. What impressed me the most was how one of the technicians quickly identified the main reason why my engine was leaking oil. He explained it clearly and fixed it within minutes—something that could’ve easily been overlooked elsewhere. That kind of attention to detail and expertise really stands out. The service was professional, honest, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. No upselling, no pressure—just straightforward and reliable service. JiffyLube has an outstanding team in their Strstford, CT location. They are a hard working, reliable and knowledgeable staff!

I'll start by saying I have little to no knowledge on cars. I was recommended the location by a family member and I realized my oil was low. I went there in a pinch and my experience was great. Shalisa & Japhet were respectful, down to earth and provided great service from phone call to in-person interaction. I was informed of everything they were gonna service and what to look out for on the car for the future. And the speed at which they worked was impressive. Speed + Quality ??. In a time where everything is expensive, at least the experience helps with the stress. Thanks again to the team

Convenient and reliable stop

I usually dread getting oil changes at my dealership because I feel like I’m there all day but not here at this Jiffy Lube location! I could not have had a better experience today during my oil change and tire rotation! From the moment I pulled up, the process was so seamless and straight to the point. Shayla and Shalisa were wonderful and I was in and out within 20-25 minutes! Will definitely be coming back!
