Have brought my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for many years and they generally do a good job. A month ago had a radiator flush done on our 2016 Dodge Ram 6.4 Hemi. After this it would not cool correctly and kept overheating. Took it to our mechanic who we've had many years who did another coolant system exchange and told me they did not bleed the system long enough and left a big air pocket that led to the issues. They also told.me to do a system flush it takes about 2 hours if it's done correctly on the big engine trucks. Disappointing to say the least as it cost me 200 plus the repair. Won't have that done again. I spoke with their customer service and was refunded the radiator service. Was also told they would come in and retrain the staff in this kind of service. Thank you for stepping up and taking care of the issue.

The team here was wonderful! They suggested the right maintenance that I needed for the car and at the correct mileage I didn’t feel like they were forcing me into extra work, but I was glad that they brought to my attention. I was able to get my car in quickly and because of some issues with the parts from another store, they had to stay late and make sure my car got done, which I was really appreciative for.

Troy was so helpful and explained when my other services would be due.

Friendly, efficient, affordable. Everything I needed done – oil change, fluids topped off, Tires rotated and opportunity to replace headlight, but I didn’t have time – will be returning. Tony was great!

The mechanics are friendly and take care of their customers, even when they are busy! They don't upsell you but do give you recommendations and show you the work that was performed when they're done.

I have never trusted someone so much in my life until today. These guys Tony and his crew were fabulous. They did test in my a/c to see what the problem was. It was the compressor. It was going to cost me 818 bucks for a new compressor. I said go ahead and do it. I went to get some paperwork out of my car and this girl says congratulations. I said on what. She said your compressor was just unplugged. We plugged it back in and now your a/c works. This place made my whole day and I want to thank them for being so honest!. Thank you from the bottom Tim of my heart Tony and crew. You make me still believe in PEOPLE. We still have good hearts in this world! Thank you thank you thank you! May god bless you all!
