I have utilized multiple services at the Falcon location, and I consistently find their approach to be equitable and responsive to my requirements. They readily refer clients to alternative providers for specialized services, rather than attempting to upsell or promote unnecessary offerings. The personnel were polite and helpful, the work was professional and the mechanic was skilled and knowledgeable. I had him do a replacement of the spark plugs on my 2020 Dodge, which requires the removal of the manifold and the fuel rails.

I had an excellent experience getting my truck worked on at this shop. The shop was clean and the employees were kind and professional. I was short on time and they had my truck in and out very quick for a transmission fluid and filter replacement.

Everytime I come to this location, I always get the best service. The guys ( Franky, Brandon, Cortez and Jacob) work efficiently well together. Good seeing team and hard work at its finest!

This was my first time visiting a Jiffy lube in 25 years. Bonus points for them because my family could stay in the car, we enjoyed our lunch and the kids played games in their comfort zone while getting the oil changed. The guys were very polite and friendly. I knew I was 13000 miles over due for an oil change. They recommended a system flush which I was hesitant to pay for but decided to do anyway. Im glad the recommended it! My vehicle with 210k miles on it ran so good after!

As always, it was a quick, seamless experience getting my oil changed. They were friendly and informative on the status of my vehicle’s maintenance info and informed me about getting my oil and fluids topped off at the ½ way point between changes for free. I had no idea about that, so thank you!
