Very fast no issues great job

I’m giving 4 stars today because the service seemed a bit unorganized. Now granted I had my dog with me, so I stayed in the vehicle to be with him. I had full view of what was going on in the shop. The girl who checked me in stated before I pulled into the bay that if I chose the best oil available, my estimate was about 100.00. I ended up getting cashed out at around 162.00 including the military discount. Also I asked that my tires were checked today. I saw the technician doing them- but when I turned my vehicle back on the check tire pressure light was still there.

Awesome experience at this little mom and pop shop. They are a bit pricey, but super fast if you go there when nobody else is there. My car still seems to work fine after the oil change and filter replacement, which is pretty convenient. If they keep up the good work then I can see this place becoming well known at some point in the future and they may even expand to other regions. Best of luck and thanx again to the whole team!

My oil change was quick and easy and they even gave me a great quote for my next brake repair.

I stopped and asked Jenna if they could check codes showing up on my Santa Fe (ie. engine light/orange triangle) at no charge and the answer was yes. Tanner and Jenna told me that an oil change was needed and upon further inspection found low brake fluid and coolant need top off. Tanner gave me a military discount that saved me more than a coupon I had received in the mail. Jiffy Lube is my "go to" spot in Falcon. The staff is always cordial and explain things in detail. I was relieved that my problems were less major since my auto is getting older and am anticipating serious issues. I trust & thank you Jiffy Lube!

Guys went over the top in showing me the leaks I had in my truck. Brandon especially was super helpful.

I’m generally not a quick oil change guy, but over the course of 5 years, and 3 different fleet vehicles, and various different teams they have had. I’ve been extremely happy with our local Falcon Jiffy Lube. Worth checking them out for sure. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
