I moved down to Parker from Conifer with my 2008 Acadia, and had had a negative experience with a few auto shops in that time. I found these guys online and felt Zachary was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unlike other shops I have been to, he took the time to show me exactly what they were working on, and also explained that due to my oil filter placement, there is a chance of some oil being leaked in certain places. Previous shops simply told me that I had leaks despite me never seen evidence of that. When I explained that to him, he said that if I was ever worried about the vehicle having issues, to just bring it in, and they will look at it for free and let me know what’s wrong. I definitely look forward to doing further business with them. :)

The service was friendly and professional. In fact, one of the techs was kind enough to chase me down so that I didn't leave my $25,000 water bottle behind! No, it's really not $25,000, but he treated it that way. Much appreciated.

Wasn't sure if they were open on Labor Day, Tyler picked up the phone and told me to come on in, they helped me out immediately with an oil change and filter changes. Adam made sure I was taken care of the whole time and they even let you stay in your car which was awesome with a sleeping little one in the back! Big thanks to Tyler and Adam :)

Quick, Outstand and very thorough. After changing the oil, the technician showed me the air filters, and offered to change the dirty one. He also he also showed all the fluids they replaced, for free, and demonstrated that the container lids in the engine compartment were secured and show the oil level to me. It was a very professional finish to the oil change.

The gentleman working this morning, Sunday the 16th, was a pleasure to work with. He was very polite, professional, and easygoing throughout the entire experience. I wish I had gotten his name because he truly deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided. Zach was great. I needed to get on the road quickly because my brother is very ill and I had to make a 1,000 mile drive. I own a Winnebago Travato, which is on a Promaster frame like the Amazon trucks. It's tall. Zach was careful, making sure I could fit safely in the bay and got me on the road quickly. I appreciated his compassion and skill.

Zach, the mechanic that worked on the car was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond and helped with other things that were wrong
