The staff at Jiffy Lube was running like a slick machine! They coordinated well together to perform my service, did not force me to purchase add-ons, checked for the reason my oil was leaking and did everything with a smile and polite manners. Aubrey, Sydney, Braden and Anthony provided excellent customer service, efficiency and got me out the door on time. Anthony runs a tight ship, and you can see very easily how well everyone is trained. As long as you keep sending me coupons, you will find me at this Jiffy Lube location every 3000 miles. I never felt this confident in a chain oil change business, but they changed my mind in 45 minutes.

The people were great, got on our truck really fast, Husband now wants to use Jiffy lube in our state of florida, we were on vacation and needed a oil change, those workers were so knowledgeable, truck is 2500 Chevrolet Silverado z71. And they jumped right in ,checked everything under the hood! And tires !

First, this came up in my wife's name. I'm Brian. This Jiffy Lube has a great team of techs. They got my truck in immediately and went to work changing my oil and filter, checking the differentials, tires etc. They even caught my mistake when I told them the weight of oil I wanted (older truck) and corrected me. I used a cupon they had sent to my email so the price was great. Thanks! I will definitely be a return customer.

Crew was fantastic. Unfortunately the systems like most auto shops are severely outdated. Due to operating system issues what would have been a 15 minute oil change with great service ended up being a 30+ minute event. Staff was phenomenal though and would recommend the location.

Brayden was charming from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. He carefully described all of the additional services that my car was due for. He graciously accepted my no when I said I was not prepared to take care of those items today. My oil change took only minutes from beginning to end. I'm very pleased with the service that I consistently receive at this Jiffy Lube location on Eisenhower in Loveland, Colorado.
