Fast and Friendly service!

If getting your oil changed could feel like a VIP experience… this would be it. Keenan, Serenity, and Tyler absolutely crushed it. I came in for an oil change and cabin air filter and somehow left in a better mood than I arrived (who does that at a car shop?? ??). They were fast, super friendly, and didn’t hit me with any weird upsell energy! They were honest, helpful, and on point. The whole thing was smooth, efficient, and honestly kind of enjoyable… which feels illegal for car maintenance. 10/10 service, great vibes, and my car is thriving. I’ll definitely be back ????

She informed me of everything she was planning on doing, anything I might want to get done, and explained it in a way I understood since I’m not well-versed in car issues. I left very impressed with the customer service!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I actually used to work for Jiffy Lube myself, so I know what good service looks like, and this location delivered. The staff was professional, efficient, and honest. Because of experiences like this, I send everyone I know to Jiffy Lube and will continue to do so.

Great location with friendly professional stuff that managed to be open on black Friday despite 90% of similar business being closed, Jeffy Lube answered my phone call right away, confirmed hours of operation at this very busy time of the year, scheduled appointment in 30 minutes. One hour after I had my vehicle sefaty inspection done despite Uber green light location being cheaper for only 4.99 they were closed for 4 days in the roll, giving misleading information about their availability and hours of operation. They should learn how to provide best customer service from this Jiffy Lube location that took care of me for a minimum charge and time spent, thanks to them and only them I was ready to drive Mercedes with Uber Select! Those two guys earned their tip and appreciation!
