I've trusted Jiffy Lube with my oil changes for quite some time, and they've always treated me well. Recently, I experienced a sudden brake issue that left me frightened and though I had used a local repair shop in the past I remembered that Jiffy Lube had a mechanic. Randall took the time to inspect my car, clearly explained the safety concern, and treated me with genuine kindness and compassion during a very stressful situation. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond to help a longtime customer meant more to me than they probably realize. They earned my trust, and I'll continue recommending them to friends and family. Thank you to Randall, Doc, and everyone on the team for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists.

Never been to jiffy, but Doc and the guys were great! They told me what I needed in the future. Fast friendly service.

Good: They put the engine cleaner I brought, let it run for 10 minutes, then drained, added the oil, added BG additive, checked air filters, brake status, brake fluid status~made Recomendation. Not good: sign in lobby says they vacuum & wash outside windows, Never touched either. Either the sign comes down, or someone should maybe vacuum and wash the external windows.

Cool guys down there I usually don’t take my cars to places but took it there and they did everything I wanted done without the hassle of up charging everything

I've been to this location twice and they've taken good care of my vehicle. Service is quick, I called ahead and got same day service, and the fluid change was fast too (both times). Staff is friendly and takes time to explain recommendations and finalized results.

Went in for an AC recharge, found out the compressor was bad. They quoted the cost for me and will likely be getting it done through them. Easy to work with and showed me what they were talking about.

I have gotten top notch service every time I go here! The technicians always seem to go above and beyond and I feel very comfortable with the process and how they handle my vehicle. I never feel pressured to upgrade anything and they’re very honest with what I actually need done.
