Phenomenal customer service and very nice people

I had a great experience the other day getting my inspection done. Rance helped me and he was very helpful and I will definitely be back.

Got me in and out. Great price and staff is very nice.

I hate doing drive through oil changes but this time I was satisfied with their service while I watched the whole thing through their window.

They are big on trying to upsell

Russell and Clark at Jiffy Lube were incredibly kind and made my oil change such an easy, positive experience. They were both exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated the level of care they provided.

Great service, customer service was great as well. I came here because I had bad experience at a local ram dealership for service department made an appointment showed up. They were extremely rude said the appointment I made was past there hours even though I called and scheduled and didn’t get what I needed done so I work near this. Jiffy Lube decided to try it out as I needed to get it done right away. They came out. They helped great customer service didn’t have to wait long at all. I will definitely be coming back here every single time I need an oil change or anything else done highly recommended.

Cole was very helpful! Got an oil change & engine flush and he accurately told me what i needed to fix in my car. Im on a budget, and he clearly explained to me what needed to be done now, and what were things to remember to fix later. Didn’t feel upsold, but i knew what was the best course of action that i could afford today, thanks to Cole. Also bro had swag chains on, lookin fly. 11/10 employee.

Honestly one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Connor was super cool, very knowledgeable and helpful. I accidentally arrived just before they closed but they were understanding and kind. They got me in and out in 10min, weren’t pushy about getting extra services and I left knowing more about my car than when I went in. Will 100% be back!

My diesel truck needed an oil change. I walked in and out in less than 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable and I had a coupon. The young men who helped me were polite and professional. Couldn't ask for better!

I had to get documentation on my past oil changes , so that my car would be covered under my warranty. Clark (at the South Golden Road location )was so helpful in finding all the dates for me. service like this is so rare and I was very pleased ! I will always use this Jiffy Lube for my oil changes!!

I don’t know much about cars, but compared to places we’ve been in the past, I don’t feel like I’m being overcharged, and the people who work here are very sweet and detailed with the information and how they land on pricing :)

Camper van oil change Started going here a couple years ago because it’s the only place the camper fits into for an oil change. Fast forward and now this is the only place I will go for an oil change
