Staff was friendly if somewhat inexperienced. They had no record of the quote I was given over the phone and charged $50 more for my F450. That put it at the top of the range I typically pay for an oil change. Then they had to replace my oil drain plug without giving me a reason. But, they didn’t charge me for it. Finally, when they finished, the oil was only halfway to full. But they explained that it was in the safe zone and was therefore OK.

Very friendly staff. Only drawback is they have coffee creamer, sugar and even stir sticks but NO COFFEE, not even a coffee pot

This is the best place in Fountain CO to get an oil change. They have taken care of my 18 year old Honda for 5 years and the crew is exceptional: friendly, professional, always willing to help!! I LOVE them.

I went to get an oil change and came out with what I really needed for my car. The manager explained everything about the products and the whys. Gave ME the option to select what I wanted to choose. Very informative!! Loved it. Will be back again. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!!

I wanna take the time to say thanks to everyone this morning at Jiffy lube. They were very helpful got off work and my car wasn’t starting, I tried to get it jumped but it still wasn’t working, one of the workers did me a big favor and I truly appreciate it. But anyways got the car pushed there from help of good people once I made it to them they got my car started and fixed up and no time and made it home safe. If you need your vehicle looked at take the time to stop by them.
