This is the first time I have visited this location and the staff were amazing! They got me in for service quickly and they identified other items that needed to be addressed and show me evidence of it and explain to me how it should look versus what it actually is… For example, differential fluid color. I would definitely go back to this location again.

I was here last week and WOW-amazing customer service, kind employees all around and they even helped me eradicate an unwanted nest! They sent me to Home Depot to get the right stuff to help keep the vermin away-and then had me come back and showed me exactly where to spray it. That is above and beyond-and I just don't feel like anyone does above and beyond anymore. Thank you Evergreen Jiffy Lube-we will be back!

They were great! After fighting for two days at another facility, this was such a great experience. Friendly team, quick service, and went the extra mile, especially with a fleet vehicle! Will definitely be back.

Very pleasant and went over everything thoroughly

Everyone was very nice. The cost for labor seemed a little high, considering that the parts go for about $400 and I paid about $600 in total, but the experience was great. They were done in an hour.

I had a pretty bad experience here several years ago, but they have really turned it around and today was great. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They were very fair with the services upfront about what I needed and did an excellent job of getting my vehicle where I needed to be I definitely recommend this location.!

If I could give this Jiffy Lube one million stars, I would! ?????????? I had a brake job done at another shop in Evergreen, and unfortunately, I ended up having to limp my car into this Jiffy Lube because the work wasn’t done properly. From the moment I arrived, Kayla and Daniel made me feel completely taken care of. They took the time to thoroughly double-check everything, found issues that needed to be corrected, and made sure the proper bolts and safety measures were in place. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe. Kayla and Daniel both deserve a raise! It’s rare to come across people who go above and beyond like they did, and I’m so grateful they took the time to help me. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube, and especially Kayla and Daniel. They turned a stressful situation into one where I actually felt confident that my car was safe again. Thank you both so much!

I was able to get service in a reasonable amount of time considering I didn’t have an appointment. I just needed one windshield wiper replaced and air in one of my tires. The one wiper blade seemed pretty expensive at $33.75 but they didn’t charge me to put air in my tire.

Omgosh! This crew that helped me where amazing. I was so stressed that something was seriously wrong with my car ( need some maintenance, yes) but took care of me right away, let me know everything they were doing. Just knowledgeable & caring! This crew has a customer for life. I will drive the 1 hrs it takes to get to them. Even the manager came up & introduced herself and referring me out for some transmission work. Great people!

They were friendly and brought me back to show me my things on my car. I felt like they were honest and cared about me and my car. The oil change was so fast and the work on my coolant was relatively fast too. They all liked my dog too.

I’m towing a travel trailer with a pickup on a very long cross country road trip and was time for oil changed & brakes checked. I was impressed with Evergreen’s customer service, honesty. Brakes were ok for now, but they identified a burning smell, that I forgot to tell them, as my power steering fluid. My home service garage mentioned the power steering before I left so I felt confident they were on point and it was done same time as the oil was being changed. Thanks so much!
