Filter prices are over priced

Traveling from CA to PA, needed an oil change - the guys were quick & nice - offered popcorn and soda pop while we waited! We were back on the road within 20 minutes!

I’ve always had a great experience at this particular jiffy lube. They provide quick and quality service here. They are super efficient and the customer service is always amazing. This is definitely my go-to spot for oil changes and maintenance !

Quinten was excellent .. My vehicle is about to hit a 100 K and I was planning on bringing it to the dealership, but Qs easy approach and not trying to upsell me made a big difference. This could change where I end up taking it. Sometimes it feels like a sales pitch. I did not get that at all. He was knowledgeable and friendly. And it should be noted. Thanks Q

I don't know if you guys got new management, but this was the best experience Ive ever had of using jiffy lube for 30 years. Ryan was incredible the oil change took only 10 min. Incredible service. The young man Ryan has management written all over him.

The Jiffy Lube Associates were prompt and attentive to my vehicle needs. The work was completed quickly and efficiently.

Told them needed done under 1 hr said for sure. Wife was at grocery store and had 45 mins. They where very polite and showed needed services due to mileage, and explained all had been done recently. They checked everything over finished and done quickly. Definitely recommend

During an oil change today, a distraught teenager female arrived crying - her Jeep was overheating, she needed to get home and she did not have any money to address a $200 dollar repair bill. I told her to take a breath and told staff I’d handle it. I asked if the manager would consider good will and my Veteran status and do something on the estimate but that I’d cover it. I said I tell you what, let’s do it for $12 bucks - it was amazing. The store applauded - even his staff were motivated by the collective shoe of empathy for that girl in distress. Jiffy Libe’s team and their manager Jacob Ortiz show Brody that community and empathy are the cornerstones of business. Simply impressive - we took care of her and I’m so glad to have met Mr Ortiz today - way to go Team Jiffy!
