I went in and only needed the oil change. Usually they will show you various filters and things that might need to be changed, but I told them that I had a major service scheduled in the near future and didn't need any of that. They skipped the whole show and tell section and had me out in a super fast time. Friendly, efficient, and clean.

Excellent service- Cy was superb. They did a lot of upsale attempts but I don’t blame them for that because that’s part of the deal. The price was within range of what I would expect

I had an amazing experience today at Jiffy Lube, they are always good, so I keep going to this one. By far the best experience I’ve had at any Jiffy Lube location. Quentin pointed out there was another rodent issue with a nest of pine cones stuffed under my engine cover. He installed a rodent deterrent machine that I had, which he recommended the last time I came in with mouse issues. I’m glad the service there goes above and beyond and I can trust the mechanics.

Was a very pleasant experience from being to end Ryan was very prompt to greet me and get the process moving. The mechanics got my car in the bay in less than 10 minutes. Q was very helpful in ensuring my car received the proper maintenance on this visit.

Quick & efficient service. I was pleased with the communication & proceses they have in place. Very friendly as well. Will be back.

Great customer service

I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for the past three years and they have earned my trust. I take good care of my aging vehicle, which is important for my job, and I am very picky about who works on it. While I have had terrible experiences at OTHER Jiffy Lube locations when I lived elsewhere due to inexperienced technicians and a lack of oversight regarding the quality of service when it came to anything other than a standard oil change, my experience at this location has been very different because there are always experienced techs paying attention and making sure things are done right. No one has ever tried to upsell me on anything. I have had a variety of services and repairs done and everything has worked out well.

I recently had my Oil changed at Jiffy Lube & I couldn’t be happier with the price and service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was also completed faster than I expected. Will be returning for any future service needed on my vehicle.

Professional, effocient and kind

Super easy experience, had a few cars ahead of me and it only took 30 mins. Quentin did a great job and was super helpful up front.

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Cy and the entire team were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress free for me. Cy really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I understood what was going on with my car. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and I’m truly thankful for the help I received. Needed oil change & tire rotation before leaving town & had a time. Jiffy Lube got me on & out & were extremely courteous, in addition to being affordable with $30 coupon.

Kevin was the one to work on my vehicle he was very welcoming, attentive and over all great customer service. I was in the Durango store today. A young man named Q helped me. He is so knowledgeable and kind I believe that he is a manager. A lot of people could learn customer service skills from this young man.

Quentin provided exceptional customer service. He answered all of my questions, and when they found evidence that a mouse was nesting in my engine and air filter, they provided great recommendations on how to resolve the problem. The service provided was fast and seamless. Their lobby was very clean and popcorn and drinks were complementary, which I felt was a nice touch to my overall experience. I’d recommend Jiffy Lube’s services to anyone who is looking for professional, attentive, and fast service for all their mechanical needs.

I took my car in for an oil change today and they were awesome. Quentin "Q" was so helpful and polite and they did the oil change reset the car reminders and rotated the tires. Great service place.
