During an oil change today, a distraught teenager female arrived crying - her Jeep was overheating, she needed to get home and she did not have any money to address a $200 dollar repair bill. I told her to take a breath and told staff I’d handle it. I asked if the manager would consider good will and my Veteran status and do something on the estimate but that I’d cover it. I said I tell you what, let’s do it for $12 bucks - it was amazing. The store applauded - even his staff were motivated by the collective shoe of empathy for that girl in distress. Jiffy Libe’s team and their manager Jacob Ortiz show Brody that community and empathy are the cornerstones of business. Simply impressive - we took care of her and I’m so glad to have met Mr Ortiz today - way to go Team Jiffy!

this was my first ever stop at a Jiffy Lube im traveling across the country and needed a oil change Jacob and team were absolutely amazing!

Quick in and out service, done in 15 minutes. Great service as advertised. While I understand the need to upsell services, charging $50 to replace a cabin filter that costs $10 is gouging customers.

I had an amazing experience with this Jiffy Lube on Highway 160 West. The manager himself walked up to me and asked what I wanted done, it was my first car and my first time having my oil change. So I told him I needed a oil change, he did all the necessary work, checked me in, drove my car into the bay area. I really appreciated his effort, he made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube on 160, because they're highly skilled and professional. And I will be a returning customer.

They service my vehicle as needed per manufacturer specifications. They have a program that let's them know what services I need as my vehicle gains miles and ages.

The employees were great! The price is more than my dealership price, but that is not the employees fault!

After driving 2100 miles in the last 3 days I figured it was time for an oil change. I asked my son and he recommended the JiffyLube. Everything he said was true. Nice guys, fast service, great snacks, snappy internet. Best of all was that they did a careful inspection and recommended a few things that they thought I needed…and they were right on. My wipers were in rough shape and my tires were wearing unevenly. So they rotated the tires, and I was out much quicker than I thought it would be. I’m off to Montana in a few days and back in North Carolina by the end of the month. FIVE stars for the great team at JiffyLube in Durango.

I went in and only needed the oil change. Usually they will show you various filters and things that might need to be changed, but I told them that I had a major service scheduled in the near future and didn't need any of that. They skipped the whole show and tell section and had me out in a super fast time. Friendly, efficient, and clean.

Excellent service- Cy was superb. They did a lot of upsale attempts but I don’t blame them for that because that’s part of the deal. The price was within range of what I would expect

I had an amazing experience today at Jiffy Lube, they are always good, so I keep going to this one. By far the best experience I’ve had at any Jiffy Lube location. Quentin pointed out there was another rodent issue with a nest of pine cones stuffed under my engine cover. He installed a rodent deterrent machine that I had, which he recommended the last time I came in with mouse issues. I’m glad the service there goes above and beyond and I can trust the mechanics.

Was a very pleasant experience from being to end Ryan was very prompt to greet me and get the process moving. The mechanics got my car in the bay in less than 10 minutes. Q was very helpful in ensuring my car received the proper maintenance on this visit.

Great customer service

I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for the past three years and they have earned my trust. I take good care of my aging vehicle, which is important for my job, and I am very picky about who works on it. While I have had terrible experiences at OTHER Jiffy Lube locations when I lived elsewhere due to inexperienced technicians and a lack of oversight regarding the quality of service when it came to anything other than a standard oil change, my experience at this location has been very different because there are always experienced techs paying attention and making sure things are done right. No one has ever tried to upsell me on anything. I have had a variety of services and repairs done and everything has worked out well.

I recently had my Oil changed at Jiffy Lube & I couldn’t be happier with the price and service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was also completed faster than I expected. Will be returning for any future service needed on my vehicle.
