At my last oil change a different Jiffy Lube than this store they forgot to put in the air filter that I purchased. I drove 5000 miles with no air filter in my car. Fortunately, this Jiffy Lube discovered the error however during the confusion I almost drove away again with no air filter in my car. Check to make sure they do the work they say they’re going to do and you’ll be fine. The previous Jiffy Lube we forgot to put my air filter in the first place is located in Kansas City. I’m trying now to get a refund for the air filter. They never put in my car but charged me for.

My vehicle was serviced quick, you can hear the shop communication from the lobby and it’s great! I was offered some additional services recommended for my milage but declined because I’ve already replaced parts due to those very issues. Fast, friendly and easy service!

Yesterday I showed up at this location at 6:55p. I thought they were open until 7:30 and I was getting there just in time for an oil change. Turns out they close at 7pm. I thought I wasn't going to get the work done, but the manager, Aarron, said no problem! I know they all stayed late for me and we're nice and professional all the way. I don't think most places would do this, but Aarron and his team were great! This is 'my' Jiffy Lube from now on!
