Best customer service I've ever received at a Jiffy Lube, hands down.

It was a very good experience they were thorough, they didn’t pressure, explained things in a respectful way, were very nice and friendly, and provided the service in a very timely manner.

Very helpful staff. Already had my car on file. Was in and out in 20 minutes.

Quick and easy , Nice customer service and showed me under the hood. Didn't have to have a 10 minute chat about the scheduled maintenance the computer say is need. Just exactly what I needed.

Assistant Manager was very knowledgeable about pricing and the things that My vehicle needed for maintenance. Everyone was nice and seemed the team worked very well together. Also the service was done fast and easy. I’ll be back.

I had a screw in my tire obviously was causing the tire to leak rapidly. They got me in right away, took ten minutes.And I was out the door. Nice customer service as well friendly people.

I was so pleased and truly impressed by the service provided today. I was met as soon as I pulled up. Escorted to an air-conditioned waiting area. Shortly was informed that my filter needed replacement.I had it done and will return for addional work soon. Thank you!

The technician that helped me was on point I went on for an oil change, and he provided me with a comprehensive break down of issue my old vehicle was having, actually point out what was the issues. I do recommend this location if you want honest feedback.

Fast service. They didn’t try to oversell any unnecessary extras.

Brandon the cashier was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable explaining to me the maintenance my vehicle will require going forward as it now has over 100k miles on it. Even though other services were recommended to me I didn't feel pressured to get it done right then and there. I showed up in the early morning and spent all of about 10 maybe 15 minutes getting my oil changed. The process was quick and painless and the manager Kenneth was friendly and professional as well. I have no complaints and walked away a happy customer.

I should say this time was very Very good, the district’s management were there, super nice and friendly, was a small issue but spent long time try to figure out my car’s problem, it’s the best experience I’ve ever had in Jiffy lube over the years !

I needed to have my brake lights changed. I went to another chain and they told me they couldn’t do it. I decided to stop at Jiffy Lube at Illiff. They were so professional and the customer service was incredible. Not only they accept the service, they worked on the car and told me that everything was ok. When I asked how much I owed them they told me nothing. And the guys there were so very sweet and very professional with me. I’ll be a customer for life
