Outstanding service from Alonzo, Gavin, Liam, and Sisco! They completed my service efficiently while taking the time to explain my vehicle’s maintenance and answer my questions. Their professionalism and customer care were exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning to have my brakes done. Highly recommend!

The workers were very polite and nice. Explained everything to me and recommended I get a few add ones but in the end made it my choice so I didn’t feel pressured. Overall great experience and I walked next door to Starbucks while I waited was a bonus for me lol

Got an oil change here, Doc was super great with check in and Eli was terrific at making me feel welcome, and was awesome at walking me through car parts, even when it took 5 times to explain what a brake pad is ?? Super awesome service, will be back next time

I’ve received good and polite service. A defective oil filter was put into my car causing some leaks. I returned to the shop where the problem was analyzed, remedied quickly and politely with, of course, no cost. I will be back.

Typical top notch service from Jiffy Lube on Leetsdale. Jarvis was thorough and detailed, and easy to work with. I do question his Starbucks coffee order, however.

My car threw a check engine light and I needed to see if it was safe to drive home. Chris Roberts took a few minutes out of his day to read the code and didn't charge for it. There's honest staff here.
