Very thorough and profession, corteous staff.

These guys are awesome. Seem honest. Quick service. But $130 for a 6qt synthetic oil change is too much. They do include a basic inspection.

Excellent service! Wife had to take the car in while she had our daughter in the car and they treated her great and made her feel comfortable without any pushiness at all. Great job!

What’s different about these guys? First time at a jiffy lube, and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything. No hard upsells, just a quick in and out service and a free inspection to let me know what to do next.

I had a great visit at this Jiffy Lube location with Nicholas and crew. I frequent this spot, but this past visit they were awesome and made the experience super personable. Kuddos!

We are visiting Colorado and I realized we needed transition fluid. I called a couple of the stores. The Jiffy Lube located at 1540 Briargate Blvd in Colorado Springs was the most helpful and informative on the phone. We were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and the lube shop was only a couple of exits away. I was not disappointed when I arrived. I requested a specific transmission fluid. Zack said they’d have it ready when I arrived. Zack helped me and answered my questions. He told me that Nelson would be draining the fluid. I asked to see the condition of the transmission fluid and Nelson brought it to me to see. I was impressed by both their professional knowledge and personable service. I highly recommend!

Got an oil change and brake fluid. Zach, Nelson and John were great. Did it in a timely manner and they made the wait entertaining! I had a few questions on an issue I had about another part of my car and it wasn’t something they could fix but helped me figure out what was wrong and directed me with what could be done to fix it.

Chris was a phenomenal mechanic! He explained the services needed in a clear and detailed way. He exceeded my expectations with checking my oil, tires, and fluids after a cross country drive. I will be a returning customer.

Chris and his crew were fantastic. They were so honest that they informed me that my transmission fluid was still excellent and didn’t need replacement! So I only had to have the radiator flushed and chips sealed on my windshield. Love honest auto shops! Kudos to the team

The service and professional communication between the technicians and customers is top notch. I will be back to this location on Briargate for sure. It wasn’t just one team member, ALL of the team members were attentive, polite, competent, and provided wonderful service.

I will ALWAYS take my car to be serviced by THIS Jiffy Lube as long as they continue to provide the BEST service in the industry. But wait, what happens when something goes REALLY wrong? It shows the TRUE, behind the scenes, CHARACTER of a business. Here is my story. Getting a good oil change and top offs isn't difficult. And often our expectations are "get in, get out, pay a fair price, done". And that's ok. But just after my service was done, I heard the chilling words "did you have any recent problems starting your car?" What? No. And then they spent about 30min trying to diagnose it. Nothing. Was it a coincidence that my car didn't start the moment they filled everything up and changed the oil and air filters, etc? No. It was probably caused by them, and humans make mistakes. I wasn't worry about it eventually getting resolved. Well, the manager (Chris) talked with me and was VERY apologetic. He said they would call a tow truck and pay for it and if I found out from my auto mechanic that it was likely their fault, they would pay for the repair. Chris even said "can you call me later and let me know what happened because I will have a hard time sleeping until then." Human mistake. Human emotion. But all of this pointed to and INCREDIBLE ethic of top-shelf customer service. The issue ended up being a wire that came unconnected near the air filter. Jiffy Lube gave me my service for free ($129 value), the tow for free ($150 value) and paid the mechanics diagnosis fee ($179). I did call Chris back to tell him what happened. He was relieved. I also praised him and his team for their incredible customer service that way beyond normal. Have you ever had to argue for justice in this situations? I have. Not with Chris. He bent over backwards to help and make sure things were RIGHT and his customer was taken care of. Take YOUR car here and I guarantee you will never go anywhere else for your oil changes and other services. Thanks Jiffy Lube near Chapel Hills Mall. Thanks Chris! You will see me again.
