The team here gives great service, not surprising thanks to a really good manager from a previous jiffy lube I happened across again at this location. Mike knows his customers, not only treating everyone he meets with respect, but his suggestions unexpectedly saved money. The Service Manager (Mike), Franky and all the support staff went above and beyond. I was offered water while waiting which is kind on a hot summer day. Thank you gentlemen!

I came into Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. The personnel were professional and polite. And competent. They performed the oil change in 1/12th the time I would have taken, performed additional checks and adjustments, and I left with my truck in significantly better condition than I had expected. I will definitely use their services again.

With a ton of issues residing and other nuisances I've been dealing with over the course of a few months, I finally made the trip back to this Jiffy Lube. I had a previous experience where I had paid for a brake fluid exchange and brake replacement that was NOT properly taken care of that I had explained to Will and Frankie. They handled it super professionally. I cannot emphasize enough about how common it is in the auto world to be put down over previous experiences, but with warranty in mind, these fellas and their crew tonight were able to handle my brake issues, oil change, and so on with no nuance! These guys are well worth the trip and made my car run better than ever before. Saved me a lot of money as well! Definitely can attest for their short-staffing not causing any delays somehow and managed to get everything back to running smoothly as requested! Thanks so much again guys, I don't really write many reviews, but you guys are well worth this one!

Consistently good work across time It's extremely easy to have a bad experience and then permanently write off a business. Every time I come in I see people who had a long day, some people at their wits in, and some pushing through. The latest team is finding a way to get work done in spite of difficulties is great to see. Eden with customers who are only half paying attention whose minds are somewhere else or in a rush to leave, the workers here are still putting a positive effort to be good hosts and be considerate when assessing costs. I'm not sure if it's the management or the culture, either way well done
