They were busy today but got cars through in a timely manner and were curteous and communicative.

Clayton was super awesome and super helpful through the whole process! I’ve been holding off getting an oil change and they made the whole process super comfortable and smooth Thank you guys!

I had arrived at the South Nevada location and requested an oil change. They learned that they do not have my type of oil change with the quickly found out where it was and had it brought there while II had arrived at the South Nevada location and requested an oil change. They learned that they did not have my type of oil change however, they quickly found out where it was and had it brought there while I was waiting and really made me feel like I was an important customer, I would definitely recommend them again to anyone.

I would recommend this Jiffy Lube for very friendly, honest, and hardworking gentlemen with good customer service.

I’m from Denver and I took a customer out to Colorado Springs and had my company car oil changed and have my wheels rotated. Walked up and asked them talk to him. They were very nice. Got the job done in a timely manner very happy. I will use them again and I will let people know about Jiffy Lube in Colorado Springs.

Clint you changed my outlook When it comes to Jiffy Lube, the last time I was in my experience wasn't so lovely but I thought I would go ahead and give it one more chance. And i'm glad that I did. I foundthem to be patient and good natured, effient and were up front about my cat transmission levels. They did not pressure me to get a service I didn't need and helped trouble shoot my next steps.

Crew was very professional and appreciated the way they broke things down to me so I understood what they were talking about, not being knowledgeable myself about the mechanics of a vehicle. Will be back soon to have their suggestions taken care of.
