Matthew and Nick were amazing! They were friendly, professional, and provided fast, excellent service. They made my Jiffy Lube experience easy and stress-free. Definitely 5-star service! ????? I passed my inspection for Uber and im ready to start earning :)

Came to get an oil change on the rental SUV. The two gentleman whom assisted me- Nicolas and Terence were professional, friendly and with fast service! Thank you for making it an easy experience!

I drove up and a nice young man asked me what I needed and he seemed very sure of what I was asking and during the whole process I was shown what and how my vehicle oils was, I felt comfortable with these guys and I feel I could trust them, so I will be back, and thank you Joseph for making me feel comfortable.

My car began overheating on my drive in to work one morning. Thankfully, I was nearby this shop, and pulled over to ascertain when the problem was. Nicholas was there and determined that there was a significant leak from the coolant system. I left the car overnight for Terence to look it over the next day. He suggested replacing the water pump and several hoses to remedy the problem. It took a little longer than was anticipated (not entirely the fault of the technicians at the shop), but after a couple of days, the vehicles was repaired and running well again! Excellent service, friendly staff

Daniel and his crew at jiffylube are always respectful, l knowledgeable, fast, relaiable, and always on it for status and quality as well as recommendations for our state fleet vehicles. Such a great team working here! By far, such a great experience!! And I got full service for a car condition in only 1 hour or less. I always get my oil changed but this experience with the Jiffy Lube on South Academy for full service car repairs was excellent.

Team got us set up and out the door in 15 mins flat no bs questions just the oil change and coolant top off very good job

Terrence and his whole crew are exceptional in every way. Oil change and inspection were completed efficiently and thoroughly. They even caught an issue with my brake pads, And didn't push to have the brakes done at Jiffy Lube. They did strongly encourage me to check with my mechanic if that's where I'd want the work done, so that I'd be safe. Really knowledgeable, professional, caring, ethical staff and business! I Highly Recommend!

I thought it was very professional to hear the team making verbal callouts for everything happening.

I normally don't come to these type of places because of reputation. But I was feeling lazy and decided to come in. And with a pleasant surprise, was greeted promptly with vigor. From the very start they were all on point. Hitting every piece of the inspection and informing me on anything I need done and also not being pushy about anything I declined. Tre, Terence, and Matt are the guys to come see.

Daniel, and the crew were really fantastic. Top notch service and results. They have earned my business in the future. Highly recommended Make a list of all the things you want In car service maintenance ; they check the boxes.

Went in for a vehicle inspection on 8/3/2026. The staff were very polite, professional, and got me in and out! Would definitely recommend this shop! I have been other places where the service was terrible!!

The Jiffy Lube at South Academy did a detail check on my hero and an oil change, I arrived at 7 pm Friday 7/31/26 after work, the system was not working, the manager let me go home , I went back Saturday morning and pay the bill, I appreciate their service and trusting me, you don’t see that level of commitment in any services these days, I totally recommend this Jiffy Lube at South Academy!! ??????

These guys were awesome! I came in on a tight time schedule and they were short a quart of my type of oil. Ordered it, had it delivered, did my full service oil change and filter replacements. The still had me outta there on less than 30 minutes! Great work!

We were in a bind. We only had a short time before all these places closed and Dusty took care of us quickly and efficiently. Our oil change was done in less than 30 min with our fluids topped off and plenty of advice to fix our leaks and tail light. Awesome service, great customer service...most places don't tell you that you can go in between oil changes to stay on top of your car. It was really great knowing that we are able to not spend a fortune tryin to keep our little vehicle in shop shape. Thank you to the great staff for being kind and fast! Y'all rock!
