These guys were awesome! I came in on a tight time schedule and they were short a quart of my type of oil. Ordered it, had it delivered, did my full service oil change and filter replacements. The still had me outta there on less than 30 minutes! Great work!

Before my daughters and I headed out on our road trip all the way to Wisconsin, I stopped in for an oil change, and the entire team was incredible. Everyone was so kind, respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my Jeep was road-trip ready. As a mom traveling a long distance with my girls, that peace of mind meant so much. The customer service was top notch from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only knowledgeable but also treats you with such kindness and respect. They’ve absolutely earned a lifelong customer. Very detailed in their communication. Double and triple checked the scope of work. Thoroughly explained what they were doing, told me the things that needed attention but were not pushy to purchase those services. This Jiffy Lube has a top notch crew with excellent leaders.

The staff were quick and efficient

Matthew, Josiah and SnowMan (Terence) were very professionals, and polite. It was the third time I used this location, and I am extremely please with their work, and their attention to details. It shows that they take their job seriously. My advice to the owner is to keep them! Bravo, I will be back and will tell my friends.

These guys are the best. Danny, Josiah, and the service manager whose name escapes me (so sorry!) took such great care of me. Danny and Josiah stayed late to try to fix my brakes but my car was being temperamental. I was on a schedule because I was taking a road trip and they discovered my rear brakes were shot, but they were able to get me all fixed up and on the road the next morning. They were all very patient and thorough, and I greatly appreciate their diligence and commitment. Well done, gentlemen!

Very good service and very friendly

This Jiffy Lube is the best one in the springs. They go out of their way to help. Went in last evening with an issue left over from a sister company, I was hoping they could just check and ease my mind. They not only looked but fixed it for me so that I could take my road trip in the morning. And I would also like to mention they were super short staffed with only 2 employees at the time. They still helped me out and were so kind! I wish I could name them but I am not sure of their names.
