Fast and professional!

Very nice people there. There was a guy who apparently worked there previously that flipped out and started cussing everyone, yelling, and kicking over stuff on his way out, but the the rest of the staff remained calm, handled it very professionally and even took the time to apologize to me (which wasn’t necessary). I just really appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

The staff there were so professional but very friendly at the same time! Making an appt for next week to get a gasket replaced.

I venture here regularly on my trusty steed named Steve aka my car. I ride into town to let them change my oil after I abuse my car like it doesnt get me to and from work, and then the staff politely tells me everything I could do for it. I enjoy recommendations rather than pressure and thats nice. Also this location has the underground garage thingy, so that makes it easier for them and customers to just drive on up. Also shoutout to David the manager I assume and all his staff. Beep boop vroom vroom.

Overall, The Crew did a good job. One gripe is what I paid for a cabin air filter for a 1999 RX300. I looked on line and they were a fraction of what I paid at JL. Lots of upselling by the staff almost to the point of overwhelming. The crew was very courteous and friendly.

They were extremely friendly, very fast, and also they made sure to help me get everything that I needed fixed done all at once. They also scheduled me for a light fix next week sense the weather would not permit the job to stay the way they wanted it to. All together they communicate everything to me in a way that a young woman like myself could understand fully. I would highly recommend them for future services.

David at the shop was awesome. He serviced two of my company vehicles and was very thorough and professional. I brought two more cars back 2 days later and he did a great job again. They check everything and don't cut corners!
