The guys and lady at the Jiffy Lube were awesome! I had been driving for days and decided i was going to see Pikes Peak, i got an oil change right before, and they did an inspection to double check lights, fluids, brakes... My rear brake pads were almost metal on metal.. I had no idea.. I just had them done about a year prior. I had to fork out extra money than i wanted but i had a safe drive and also got my other errands finished. Could you imagine driving that mountain with bad brakes? Or worse like losing control and totaling a car somewhere on that mountain? These guys did the best inspection I've had for just a quick place to stop for an oil change. I've been to a couple service shops that do bare minimum and don't even check fluids... I've literally had to complain and tell them to before. Thank you Jiffy Lube in Colorado Springs!

Very nice people there. There was a guy who apparently worked there previously that flipped out and started cussing everyone, yelling, and kicking over stuff on his way out, but the the rest of the staff remained calm, handled it very professionally and even took the time to apologize to me (which wasn’t necessary). I just really appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

The staff there were so professional but very friendly at the same time! Making an appt for next week to get a gasket replaced.
