I called ahead as we were in a Hertz rental that needed an oil change. The gentleman that answered the phone was great. Told us they would take care of our vehicle. When we arrived three mechanics handled everything. They were polite, professional, friendly and very efficient. We were out and back on the road in 20 min. I would recommend jiffy lube and would return myself if ever in the area.

The team at the Clifton Jiffy Lube was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. After a light came on in our very old car they helped us asses the issue, got us in and back on the road in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend this wonderful shop.

I did an estimate online for an oil change found the cheapest price in town. Send it to my email got my car drove about. I don’t know maybe 10 minutes to the shop so overall it was probably like maximum 20 minutes that they had that form. By the time I was there, everything was 100% ready for me. All I had to do was simple, checking questions and within. I’m not kidding. You probably 5 to 10 minutes. My car was completely done and I was off to my next adventure safely. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that took care of me, but he was absolutely amazing and I do want to mention that this all happened on Labor Day Not the weekend not anything like that on the actual holiday so this review should speak enough for itself. Oh also small little thing they also offer you coupons and discounts if you go there and I literally got $27 off of my oil change just because I went to them.

The guys working today were amazing! Friendly, fun, and informative. I did notice that there were only 3 gentleman there on a very busy Saturday morning. They still managed to do a great job with no complaints! The windshield washer fluid machine (?) Was not working so I didn't get that fluid and they were out of test straps. I dont blame the guys...but it is hard to do a hood job without the proper tools.

They are quick but efficient to work, friendly, helpful, and attentive to their customers.

Best service I’ve had from your company in months

Reasonably priced oil change with $30 off coupon for oil changes on Sunday, for a total of $35 for a conventional oil change. Real nice personable through efficient guys working there, particularly the two guys I was dealing with by the name of Wyatt and Cole... Real nice guys and real helpful!... They are definitely keepers and crew- staff you definitely want to hang on to ??

I recently stopped by Jiffy Lube in Clifton to get my oil changed, and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the whole experience! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and right on top of everything. They got my vehicle in, took care of the oil change, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s refreshing to find a place where the employees are efficient without making you feel rushed or like just another customer. The entire team was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process simple and hassle-free. They explained what they were doing, treated me with respect, and made sure everything was taken care of before I left. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing good customer service. I’ve been to plenty of places where an oil change turns into a long wait or where the customer service leaves something to be desired, but that was definitely not the case here. The crew at this Jiffy Lube was on point from start to finish! I would absolutely recommend Jiffy Lube in Clifton to anyone looking for a quick, professional, and friendly place to get their vehicle serviced. They did an awesome job, got me in and out quickly, and made the whole experience a positive one. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would! ?????????? Regular customer - friendly service and quick turnaround

I rolled in on a hot afternoon and handed my car keys to a team member and another team member assured me it was cool inside as he invited me in and guiding me through to the cold water. All three members were very respectful to me and they all worked in harmony on my automobile....and then with respect, I was given a discount...as a 77 year old Vietnam veteran I salute this team out of all due respect.
