Very quick, thorough and friendly service

Nice people, services are expensive but if you don't want to do it yourself it's not so bad. In example. My vw tdi holds 4.5qts and a canister filter. 5w30 oil. 240 bucks. My mom's gasser same stuff is less than half the price.

Got in and got out fast. The team of techs were professional, courteous and efficient. A little pricey but, worth it.

They did a good job and it was fast service too.

An oil change is an oil change for the most part, however an oil change with a kiddo can be a bit more of a hassle. My 6 year old had lots of questions and was very interested in what was going on at Jiffy Lube. All of the staff working today went above and beyond by providing excellent service and working quickly but also making a child feel seen by answering simple questions. Experiences like this are what keep customers returning. Thank you!!

Ann and her staff are absolutely fantastic! I won’t go anywhere else for service. She is also so kind and polite. Ann always goes out of her way to make sure everyone who comes in get the best treatment possible. Lyle the DM is also a great leader. He was helping out with car services and encouraging his staff.

Very quick no high pressure sales for filters ect. All were very nice and professional.

All 3 women who assisted me were amazing! Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very patient while I contacted insc about a rock chip in my windshield. They provide the service that stops the chip from spreading and coordinate all through insc! Nice to support a business run by these ladies....they are so on top of it!!!

I always appreciate the employees at the Canon City Jiffy Lube. Always so quick and so kind. I wasn't particularly thrilled that they only carry penzoil products, as I try to stick to mobile 1 or Valvoline oil. Not sure if we can bring in our own oil but I will be checking on that! Great service great bunch of SMART ATTENTIVE employees. Thank you! And a special thanks to the lovely lady that manages the place. Shes always extra kind. ??

Great crew. Ensured that i understood, deficiencies of the vehicle and recommendations for the maintenance schedule. Very thorough and considerate.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Got us right in and out. It was kind of pricey, I thought., but I didn't think the management set the rates.

Legitimately some of the best customer service interaction I've experienced in any business. It's weird saying that over an oil change but it really was. Everyone was shockingly nice, helpful, informative, polite, you name it. I find Jiffy Lube process to be on the high side but given this experience I'll be returning - they earned it.
