Cody and Ethan were absolutely wonderful! Great customer service and very fast! Cody spotted a faulty wiper blade and got it changed out. Cody seems to care a lot about customers and quality, greatly appreciated!

The staff was friendly and professional, seemed like they were all very knowledgeable about their work, several of them went above & beyond, also my work was completed in a timely fashion. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because I have never used Jiffy Lube before, and I know sometimes things arise later in time after getting a vehicle serviced, so I don't know yet about overall quality and work competence, just had my vehicle serviced today.

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Brighton! The service was quick, professional, and everything was explained clearly without any pressure. A special shoutout to Kayden. He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Really appreciate the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great customer service at this location! We brought two of our cars for an oil change without an appointment. Cayden and his team assisted us providing great customer service and was able to accommodate both of our vehicles. Both cars oil change was completed within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Best oil change experience to date! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, they had recommendations on things I could do for my car but weren’t pushy about it. I was on a time crunch so got in and out quickly & without hurting the wallet.

Ethan greeted me right away and was very polite and friendly. He helped me set up an oil change and differential service, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was recommended and why, which I really appreciated. He also checked in with me throughout the process, which felt very professional. John serviced my car and was both quick and thorough something that’s hard to find. Josh then walked me through everything that was done, showing me that all my fluids were clean, at the right levels, and that everything was secured properly. I’ve never experienced this level of professionalism, friendliness, thoroughness, and efficiency before. It truly meant a lot to feel respected and taken care of by everyone. They worked together as an excellent team.
