I’m bad with names, so forgive me for that! But I believe I spoke with Gabe. No disrespect, I didn’t want to hear about extra services I needed to get done, but it was very important. The employees here know what they are doing and talking about. I just got my rear brakes done, I was told about an estimated time I would have to wait. I’m very impressed with the service and will be back to keep my car maintained in order to stay productive and keep making money! Thank you

Great service

I stopped by Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change before a busy week of work. The staff was friendly and greetedin less than ten minutes, which I really appreciated. The technicians were knowledgeable, explained exactly what they were doing. They did upsell me on many things but they did seem to be needed so its chill.

Levy Chavez at 8525 s Sepulveda blvd store 1597 informed me that I had just recently had an oil change and the other company didn’t reset the oil gage. Saved me a 100 bucks but will make more as I return in the future. This is how you do it!

We had Two vehicles van and Box truck, Jiffy Lube service both. We had search all over to get someone to service the Truck could not find anyone other then a Ford dealership, until we found Jiffy Lube they did a Great job. ??

came in to get my oil changed, and a tech inspection revealed my brake pads were shot and needed to be replaced. I believed i had replaced them within the previous 2 years but didnt have records so approved the estimate with some reservations. an hour later i got a call from their team saying the pads were actually just dirty and were fine so they didn't need to be replaced. I would have just paid and been a bit annoyed but they went out of their way to get me exactly what i needed. customer for life now.
