Yesterday, I received satisfactory service at the West Sacramento Jiffy Lube. The four young male staff members were helpful and respectful, did a good job with the oil change, and aired up my car's tires. Thank you!

Great customer service-efficient but not hurried

Had the perfect experience at the shop. Every person I interacted with was extremely professional. Everything they did for my car was explained for my peace of mind. Zero upselling just honesty. They pointed out two issues that I need to get looked at and gave zero pressure to have it done at the shop. Showed me a tire balance issue and a belt that looked concerning. Appreciate them for that. I could not have asked for a more comfortable ,fast, and professional experience. Would recommend this shop to anybody.

When in for an oil change. It was fast took like about 15 minutes or less. Workers where polite and welcoming.

My headlights were embarrassingly foggy and they did a fantastic job of creating a clear and safer headlights now for night driving. Very kind and efficient.

Fast and efficient service! The shop was able to change my oil without an appointment. I was in and out in about 20 minutes midday on a Friday. Customer service is top-notch. Special shout out to tech Ulysses and manager Moshe for taking care of an additional small problem in no time at all. I highly recommend this location.

I was very appreciative of the speed and thoroughness the Jiffy Lube team performed. I didn’t realize they were about to close. They took my vehicle and did a NASCAR pit stop on it and got me back on the road quickly. The price is about $20 more than I could do it myself, but a lot less headache and other body parts. Went in for an oil change and had such great and professional service. I believe the man who helped me was named Roberto but went by Bert or something. Either way it was so fast and thorough and he explained everything to me so well. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I’m really impressed with the Jiffy Lube on Harbor Boulevard! The customer service is fantastic—so friendly and quick. The service was fast, and I was out of there in under 15 minutes.

Came in for an oil and filter change and left with more information that gave me “peace of mind” on our drive home. I understood there were other services you provide, there was no high pressure sales but rather a relaxed, jiffy job. Thank you.
