Fastest Jiffy Lube service ive ever experienced

Had a great experience here. Adam, the manager was very helpful in ensuring that my oil change, transmission fluid change and differential change was done properly. He showed me the procedure and confirmed that he did everything that he said he was going to do and did a great job! He showed me the dirty fluid and how he does the fluid exchange . I felt that my work truck was serviced properly and they took great care to make sure of it. I will be back on my next service! Great service, great crew!

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! Jay, Adam, and the other gentleman at the desk went above and beyond to help me out. The service was quick, professional, and they were all super friendly and welcoming. They made the process easy and stress-free, and I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. Highly recommend this location—great team and outstanding service!

They do a better job than most and this store has a friendly, efficient staff.

I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Walnut Creek.. The techs are very helpful with recommendations, but don't push a sale. They were very helpful with suggestions that my car needed, what was important, what could wait, and saved me time and money as well! i will be returning and referring my friends and family.

Was in the area and stopped here.... Best customer service ever! This team right here ALL communicate with eachother and their customers happily. Two techs are working on vehicles. Manager on the front end going over and verifying previous services. No hidden fees or BS. You are shown and kept in the loop of anything that may look like or need to be changed. The choice Is YOURS to make. No pressure with quick service. No figerprints, oil or marks or seats, floorboards or anywhere in your vehicle which is huge. Thank you, see ya'll soon...

I'm here to right a wrong. I gave an undeserved one star because I had made the assumption Jiffy Lube touched something they weren't supposed to. Turns out that part was just a little worn and fell out on its own.

Dwight provides excellent service, which is rare to find these days. He is truly an asset to this company and they should be so lucky to have him on their team!

Service is good, but they're a little slow.

The manager greeted me and said he had to check that they had what was needed to service my 2023 Kia Niro Hybrid. Eventually, he found they did and my car was serviced quickly and efficiently.
