Fast, honest, and reliable

Got a tune up at Jiffu in Victorville and the team was phenomenal!!!!??

I would like to acknowledge Charles, not sure what his last name is however, he was VERY attentive, check all he said he would and even asked if I wanted water.. the reason I am doing this review and did not do it on my last visit 7/10 was because I did not get the same treatment. I also want to mention there were 3 cars waiting and made sure he asked his team mates to get cars billed out so they can bring in the car waiting as he did not want them out there too long. Just loved how he cares about his job 10/10 for Charles

Excellent service just went in for a top off and oil reset light

Went for an oil change and the team working was great. As soon as I pulled out I had a tire that went almost completely flat, the guys there told me to pull back in and offered to fill back up the tire or put my spare on for me. Everyone was super helpful, will definitely be my go to spot anytime I need maintenance done in the future.

Very friendly and explained and showed me what needed to be changed on my car. Price was reasonable. Quick service. Will bring my car back for service. Clean wait area.

Great customer service from everyone there especially the manager Mr John always smile and always pleasant and always let you know exactly what’s going on with the car and what needs to be fixed even if they can’t fix it and I appreciate that
