Always pleasant and professional and they do good work!

I want to thank Justin & Brian for getting my car running in excellent condition, after the agonizing service I received from the Oxnard team Justin & Brian understood my anguish & wanted to ensure the auto services I paid for were safe & accurately performed before turning the car back over to the customer. Trust goes a long way with me, & I now only trust the team at the Ventura location. I also noticed the cleanliness of the shop & when they say 15 to 30 minutes for an oil change, it's exactly that timeframe unless you have additional issues. Thanks again to Jiffy Lube - Ventura, they gained a new customer & I will send family, friends co-workers, church members, etc., to this location only. Many Blessings!

They got me right in no wait time mid day and changed my oil, checked my fluids. Told me that my transmission was leaking and I should have it looked at:) All was done in a short 1/2 hour. The staff was courteous and efficient and gave me an online discount. I love Jiffy Lube, the lounge is clean with lots of seating in the comfort of A/C.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Sonny, Damien, and Daniel. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to explain the oil change process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and their attention to detail gave me confidence that my vehicle was being well cared for. It’s not often you find a team that combines great customer service with quality work, but Sonny, Damien, and Daniel did exactly that. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.
