I came in for a oil change, I was told that the wait would be about 45 minutes because they only have 2 people on a Saturday morning, I watched the crew working and they did a great job , they finished 1 vehicle in front of me and got me in quickly and finished in about 30 minutes, they were very professional and showed me my air filter and asked about rotating my tires, the also had disposable paper on my car mat, overall excellent service.

I’m giving 4 stars because I generally have good experiences here but after my recent visit they didn’t reset the maintenance light (it comes on when an oil change is needed) and it just didn’t seem like a through job was done… my battery died that night after the oil change which felt related to the oil change and my tires had seemed a little low to me going in there and I asked them to check them and they said they could but I noticed they still looked low. If I had this experience as my first visit or if I have this experience again I would not return.

I got my oil + filter changed 2 weeks ago and came back with a minor issue... It was resolved no hassle... Thank you Jason and crew! ?? I was stressing

The Jiffy Lube Crew was fast and easy. I went in to get an Oil Change and New Air Filter and my SUV is running Silky Smooth now! They showed me that they are efficient and courteous.

at a time where everyone seems to be cutting corners and making their services cheaper and cheaper, the fact that JL still seems to add little luxuries into the experience of getting and oil change does not go unnoticed by me. Vacuuming my car and cleaning my windows? Yes please. It's like a quick drive back to the past of when customer service was a luxury. Always super kind folks working there. Grateful.

It turns out I didn't need an oil change yet, & he told me that, & also said he would check everything else and there would be no charge. He also told me I could always bring my car in between oil changes for free ch!eckups. Now that's what I call service!
