I am so grateful to the general manager of this store, Brittney. My father (85y/o) got a flat tire while driving on Baseline. He pulled over and attempted to change it on his own, when Brittney noticed him and pulled over behind him to offer him some help. He told me she had all the tools in her trunk, and was able to put the spare on in no time. She wasnt on the clock, she was on her way home! She stopped anyway. He tried to give her money, but she gave him her card and asked him to come by and see her sometime instead. Very impressed. She has gained an entire family of loyal customers after today, as well as anyone else I tell this story to. So grateful someone was there for him. This company is lucky to have someone as kind and competent as she is. We will be visiting soon !

The staff at Jiffy Lube did an excellent job of explaining the procedure of oil change. The workers had an amazing disposition and they were very professional in their job delivery. I highly recommend this location for future drivers that need an oil change!

Jordan was great! Super friendly and took really great care of me. This is the first time my fluids have been topped off at this location so that was a really nice surprise!

Very kind gentleman & informative regarding oil blends. I also was grateful that they tested my battery & im now prepared financially to purchase a new one instead of it going out randomly.

It didn’t even take 15 minutes. They were right on it. They recommended a new filter, which I appreciate.

I was overdue for an oil change; when unbolting my skid plate to access the drain, the technician noticed my CV Joint was leaking and gave me a recommendation to replace it; after looking at it myself it was obvious it needed to be replaced. I opted to do both L and R sides and they ordered the parts which were delivered within 30min, the mechanic immediately got to work. It took them a total of about 2.5hrs to complete the work and Ive been very satisfied with the way my truck drives since the maintenance. This was surprising to me because I wasn’t even aware this was a service they provided — but they did an excellent job and would recommend it to others for sure; especially with how big of a safety issue that could potentially be if it were to fail completely.

I have been coming to this location for the last 5 years because of the great service! I’ve gotten my oil changes, air filters cabins replaced, and a couple other things done here. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. They always have me in and out right away and also give me the best deals for my services. I trust this location and highly recommend coming here for any car services. Shoutout to Brittney and Damien!

I had the most phenomenal experience at this Jiffy Lube location. I’ve been loyally going to JL for all my car services for the past decade across OR and CA, and this location went above and beyond for me and far surpassed all of my other experiences. I felt well taken care of for my oil change needs, I didn’t feel pressured to do additional services (like I have at other locations), and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this location!
